We had a lovely stay. The location is perfect, right in the heart of restaurants, bakeries, and little shops. The staff were lovely and the room was exactly what we booked. Our kitten was made to feel welcome and was very comfortable there. The park across the road was helpful in taking her for walks. For example, the TV remote didn't work and as soon as we let them know, they immediately came to replace the batteries and eventually got us a new remote - all within an hour. We had a six-bunk bedroom, and the beds were comfortable. The additional blackout curtain on the beds was helpful in blocking out the morning light. The shared bathrooms were nice and cleaned daily. My only suggestion would be to have a kettle for morning tea.

The hotel was very easy to locate, right in the lively heart of Sternschanze, walking distance from S-bahn and main Bus lines. The area is very lively, with many cafés, restaurants and all the basic services. The room we got was on the 6th floor, served by lift which is very convenient, it was quiet and had a nice view on the neighbourhood. Rooms are equipped with all basic amenities, lots of sockets, clean and modern, bathroom renovated. Staff was friendly and accomodated our request of early check-in and storage of luggage. Dog friendly hotel. I would definitely book ot again!

Opportunity for improvement: in the Deluxe room there were no blinds - only non-Blackout curtains, not ideal especially during spring /summer when daylight is long. In the room with 4 beds would be ideal having a sofa or chairs/desk.

Everything in the room was very good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I left my phone charger at friends' before coming to Hamburg and the receptionists charged it for me.

There was no spare charger for Samsung phones, but there were plenty for iPhones. It wasn't a big deal, of course, since the receptionists solved the problem. The hotel is located in an area with lots of bars, so it was rather noisy outside. However, it was the first night of Euro 2024, so perhaps it's not usually a problem.

I was so happy with this stay, perfect for bigger groups as well since the rooms are very spacious and bright. We traveled with a dog and that was no problems. The beds were super comfortable as well. Everything you need such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and transportation is only minutes away.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is prime; very close to everything. The room was relatively well kept. There was a fan in the room.

It was a little dusty in the seldom used corners. The cups were stained. The curtains didn’t slide well nor did they cover the windows completely.

Loved the room. Super spacious, comfortable beds, amazing shower. Lovely high ceiling. Location was amazing, the Schanzenviertel area was just simply awesome! So many great restaurants and cafes within a short walking distance as well as the lovely Planten und Plomen park.

Well, there was no air con nor a fan, so I can't rate it higher than 8 although everything else was top notch. It just got super hot in the room during the day and you couldn't go back to the room until 8 pm when you could finally open the windows to let some fresh air in (before that it was so warm outside that it wouldn't have helped). Luckily there was loads of big windows and opening them helped to cool down the room nicely. But this was in June when the night temperature dropped to 15-16 degrees celsius. If it had been a warm night, cooling down the room would have been impossible. Also the curtains let quite a bit of light in.

The room was modern, bright, clean, spacious and really quiet for the area.

All was good, however, the tv was fixed on the wall facing the entrance door without a flexible arm to turn it towards the beds. In order to watch TV in bed, we had to move the beds against the wall the tv was facing... no probs for us, but it could be a bit annoying if you arrive tired and want to kick back in bed watching some telly.

Very helpful and friendly staff we had been let down by another accommodation so it was short notice but the staff at Pajama where very accommodating we dropped our luggage off early as we had to get to an exibition that we were working at and the staff put all of our luggage in our room ready on our return.

Clean spacious everything we needed good location and plenty of good restaurants near by.

The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and bars, as well as public transportation. We really liked the design of the room and the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean.

Check in is too late and checkout too early (we of course knew it when booking, but want to mention it anyways). Toilet is joined with a shower and there is a just one per gender for 6 rooms, which is a bit impractical. Quite hot in the room

Very nice room, with a unique setup of a high level bunk double bed. Could have slept four instead just the two of us. Klean a modern bathroom. Very good value for money in a great location. Unique hotel in that it really didn't have any other facilities than the bedrooms and a tiny reception. So check in was through a lockbox instead, which worked fine.

No coffee or tea or kettle to make your own, having sad that a restaurant is across the corridor and a bakery/cafe is just around the corner.
