Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. The bar was nice. Good view from the room. Big train/subway station is a 10 minute walk away. Calm neighbourhood.

The room air condition was not active due to the season. It got a little warm in the room. We had to open the window to cool down amd there was a lot of noise from the traffic. Probably this is not an issue normally.

The staff were excellent, very polite and helpful. The location, given the purpose of my visit is excellent. I believe this is my fourth or fifth stay in this hotel and I will certainly return. It is a very quiet hotel with good housekeeping.

The mattress was uncomfortable. Maybe it needs to be turned more often or needs to be changed. The pillows were too soft and in fact we asked for more (and were provided). But I would offer a choice. The wardrobe is for short stays with limited hangers. If you ask at reception, you will be provided with more hangers.

Central location. 10 minute walk to the conference location (the university). The location and the great price was the deciding factor while choosing hotels.

Would be nice to have a convenient way to decline daily cleaning. Not that I'm bothered by the daily cleaning, but other hotels I've been to usually have an option for that. Would save on some water usage and time for the cleaners, and I don't mind missing out on the cleaning during the stay. I'm not going to go out of my way to ask for it in the reception though.

Straightforward hotel on main road by the Messehallen and Fernsehenturm. About 500 years from a metro station and on a bus route. Easy access to the city centre and most attractions. Clean room - modern facilities - including tea / coffee making in room. Staff were friendly and helpful - for example found me an envelope and stamp that I needed. Breakfast choice was good - a typical German selection of baked goods, sliced meat, cheese, jams, yoghurt, cereals etc. Something for all tastes. Automatic pancake machine was novel and a nice feature.

The hotel was clean from the moment you enter, and extended to our room. The bed was very comfortable and I especially appreciated the quality soaps in the shower. Thank you. We arrived quite late, and I Wish you had more options for food. Good location and we felt safe in this area. We would recommend this hotel.

Room and bathroom was a bit cramped. The price for breakfast is a bit high.

Very friendly staff, key location to the exhibition centres a 5 minute walk down the street. Great selection for breakfast and restuarants within walking distance of the hotel. We will stay again.

Pillows in the bedroom are more like standard sofa small square pillows instead of 2 large pillows you'd expect to be on your bed, for me persoanlly this made the sleeping a little horrible, but working away i drink through it.

We were greeted by a kind and welcoming employee who gave us a wonderful room with a great view. Rooms are clean and modern, and the lobby area is very inviting. The botanical garden is right by the hotel, which is great. Perfect if you need a comfortable stay for a couple of days.

The staffs were very nice, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was high quality and was open for many hours, so it was flexible. The location was not far from restaurants, convenience stores, and train and bus stations.

A bit of a walk from public transport but easy to do with luggage A tiny bit pricey but we stayed there during summer school holidays

Room was perfect for one. Breakfast was consistently excellent. Location was perfect for the university and weekend tourism.

The room would not have been particularly comfortable with two guests. The only minor inconvenience was closing the shower door required squeezing oneself into the corner.
