Great location with easy access to the centre of the city - 25 minutes walk. Easily reachable by train & well connected with public transport . Close to nice botanical garden. Free coffee in the morning (even if the room without breakfast) Public transport ticket included for the duration of our stay was very nice!

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It is not easy to get a free ticket at the reception (you have to ask yourself)

This was my second visit to Hamburg, and both during my previous trip and this one, I stayed at this hotel. In the review I wrote before, I mentioned that the breakfast was delicious—and it still is. On the last day of our stay, there was a fireworks event nearby, and watching the fireworks from our room was absolutely fantastic. Although this hotel is slightly away from the city centre, it’s located right in front of a beautiful park, which was wonderful. My mother and I took a walk in the park every day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, next to a convention centre and a botanic garden. The room was relatively small but very cosy. It has all the basic facilities, including a desk, a kettle and a hairdryer. The staff is really helpful and the breakfast is diversified and tasty. Mind that they do not accept cash payments (only credit/debit cards).

Currently, there are construction works in the neighbourhood, which have resulted in some inconveniences. In particular, there is no direct public transport connection. However, the nearest metro station is within 10-minute walking distance. The room contained two bottles of water as a refresher. However, there were no bottle openers.

Clean Room, which was upgraded. Coffee and Tea in the room. Extra bottled water was there for free, which is much appreciated. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was spacy. 12th floor view was spectacular.

The room was just too warm, heating was all on the top, but this you cannot take as a negative, because someone else might the have liked it. No restaurant for the evening, but there is plenty of restaurants to go in the 20 to 30 min walking distance. Only one has to go around the exhibition area...

Clean and comfortable room that has enough space and nice views to neighboring park. Also aircon and fridge in room. Under the hotel is large parking garage, plenty of (paid) parking space there and elevator access. Good breakfast. Wifi worked well.

Exiting the parking was bit complicated at first. I had paid the daily price of 16 euros, and system had scanned my cars licence plates when entering, but at exit gate there was seemingly no sensor for reading licence plate and gate was not opening automatically. But then from gate i called the operator and simply asked him to open gate and he opened it. But this was not a big problem, and otherwise parking was good.

We were staying with a 1.5 year old child. The crib for the child was already in the room when we arrived, with a blanket and a little flat pillow. There was a small table which was good for putting some food for the child, where it could be taken by someone small. Enough space to put a buggy and freely walk past it (Business Plus room). There was a free mini-bar (2 waters, 2 juices, Fanta, Cola) and it was refilled. Fridge was spacey enough, I could put there a 1L bottle of milk and some food containers. The cleaning guys were nice and gave us additional towels upon request. The location is not central, but wonderful. It's a 30 min walk to the center, and a beautiful park just nearby. The supermarket is a bit far (15-20 min to Rewe I think), but that was no problem, walking is good your health. The room was very quiet which was nice. The views from the upper floors amazing! Shampoo and body wash in big bottles on the wall. Shower was good enough. Plenty of sockets. Access to the rooms and elevator going up with a key-card.

They didn't reply for some time on my request about a crib (cot), I had to write again. Then they replied confirming they received my request. Minor detail. The curtains were not completely blackout, there was a small space in between them up above. Not a huge problem.

Location is great for city center shopping, resturant and bars. Walking distance from port, where there were loads of boat trips along the Elbe to choose from. Really nice playground for kids across from hotel as well a park with a lake with a walking/running track. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of hot and cold food. We were on the 10th floor, had a great view of the city. Very clean room and hotel overall. Also included, but didn't know, a free public transport ticket which we used for the airport when leaving as train to airport only 6 minute walk from hotel.

No bar or restaurant, even though I got a text from the hotel 3 days before arrival welcoming us to their hotel and to enjoy their restaurant and bar. That was disappointing as I would only stay in a hotel that had a restaurant/bar, I would never have booked this hotel otherwise.

Lovely view over the park and very quiet at night. Friendly and social lounge area. Nice, clean room and everything was in shape. Mini fridge is a decent size and the wardrobe is spacious and well designed. Great to be at the park and it's reasonable walking distance to several 'must see' areas of the city - but maybe consider using an e-scooter or one of the red city bikes to get places faster.

Cofffeeee. An in room machine or kettle situation would be amazing. I was half working during my stay and had to spend the mornings in the room on calls. I ended up getting my own little kettle and just doing instant coffee. (In the elevator, there's a picture of a guest room with a coffee station).

The hotel is modern and nice. Our room was clean, comfy and has amazing view of the park. Service was excellent. Breakfast was really good and well organised. Furthermore all the staffs are professional and friendly. Location is great, next to a beautiful park and public transport. The best hotel in Hamburg and value for money.

No kettle but they provide Nespresso machine in the room which is great.

The accommodation was excellent in many aspects. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Additionally, the accommodation's location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.
