The location is perfect, just beside Planten un Blomen (beautiful park) and to a train station so it is very easy to move around. It is easy to reach some touristic areas from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was always very helpful.

I think the breakfast and the parking are very expensive. Although the breakfast buffet is really good and wiith a lot of variety, the price is very high. Something similar with the parking, the only advantage to be a guest at the hotel is a 4 eur discount on the daily tarif, but if you use it for spare hours or for longer periods (for example one week) there is no discount.

Great location, very near the shops, restaurants and opera house. Also a nice park right beside the hotel. There was a good little self service "shop" in the lobby, for snacks, drinks or toiletries. room was a good size, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean, but the window between it and the bedroom was a bit weird. We had booked a superior room (because birthday trip) so the view was very nice. Receptionist called us a taxi to the airport the following morning and this was very efficient.

Not much ambience, and even though the staff knew it was a birthday celebration, there wasn't much warmth or good wishes.

We were 2 friends travelling and had booked for a twin bed room. The hotel was good and very well located. However, their self checkin checkout was not working and took us 30 mins each with staff help. Moreover the room allocated to us was completely messy and hence we had to go back to ask for another room. We got a good view room later though, but at expense of a lot of time, while we were already so exhausted. Its a great hotel though, but we had this weird experience at such a well rated hotel, due to the negligence of the staff.

Perfect view, and thanks so much that the stuff upgrade my room to reward area, the bed was soooooo comfortable that I have never experienced!

At 9:00 am in the morning I was woken up by hammer and drilling machine sound… and by checking out I told a girl at the reception that I was sleeping and got woken up by the loud noise, she only took the card away and said she’ll ask around, that’s it, no “es tut mir leid” or anything …maybe she’s a Praktikantin that’s why, but I was so surprised by checking in the guy was so professional and by checking out the girl was like it doesn’t matter so much…

We were very lucky with the weather and from our bed we had spectacular views of the city.. The hotel offered a premium room upgrade for a small fee which includes a higher floor. I highly recommend taking the offer! The sauna was great and there was even a steam bath! The breakfast had a good variety of bread, cheese, fruit and yummy salmon. The young male receptionist could speak many languages and made us feel like we were on our honeymoon! He had complimentary drinks sent to our room and also took us up to the rooftop bar so we could take a couple photos.

There's no pool.

Lovely room, lovely view. Very comfortable and clean. Didn't hear any neighbours. Easily walkable from central station, well lit parks around means access is safe and easy even at night. We got a great deal through this site, with breakfast which was busy but excellent (the best sausage and bacon I've had in a hotel).

Very warm - even turning off heating didn't help - we felt bad for opening the window to try and cool the room down. The offer of a late checkout was super expensive at 70eur for two extra hours so we didn't take that.

Spacious and clean room, very comfortable beds, coffee machine and coffee pods in the room, bathroom with generous amenities and a nice bathtub. Efficient and smiling staff. Very nicely located, in walking distance to many landmarks of the city. The rooftop bar was amazing.

One of the reasons i booked this hotel was the wellness area and its sauna. Actually, access to the sauna is very limited during the week (4pm-9pm) and not open at all in the weekend. That was quite a surprise, not a nice one.

I travelled with my husband and 14-year-old daughter. And it was the first time we had travelled without a hotel reservation due to last-minute arrangements. Guess what? It proved to be one of the nicest stays. Thanks to Thorsten, the manager on duty, was fantastic. The hotel was almost completely booked due to UEFA EURO 2024, and Thorsten exceeded our expectations. There are lessons to be learned from service industry professionals who take their brands to the next level. We enjoyed their breakfast, which included a fantastic spread. The train station is conveniently located near the hotel, as is the popular botanical garden.

They can improve the dinner menu and portions. The main course had no side dishes, so they had to be ordered separately.

The receptionist! Great service with a smile. The splendid view. The design. The quality of everything. Nice and comfy rooms. All in all a great hotel, would love to come back.

There were only two things I didn't like in this otherwise fabulous hotel. 1:I booked the hotel partly due to the opportunity to charge my electric car as stated on booking.com. However, when I arrived late at night, the electric charging of vehicles in the conti park had a limit of four hours, or get a parking fine! Since I arrived late in the evening I would have had to get up at two at night to move the car... 2: Another thing which didn't live up to the otherwise splendid standards were the quality of the room service food, especially with the high end pricing in mind. The chicken pieces were placed on top of the curry and were completely dry.

The room was originally booked without breakfast but breakfast was paid later. The data was not updated that breakfast was included, the staff simply clarified that breakfast was not included and did not try to solve this problem themselves. I spent my working time explaining that breakfast was paid for and people standing in line behind me also spent their time. Only my words that staff should solve the problem themselves, they made a call, confirmed the information that breakfast was included, did not apologize and simply said that I could come in.
