room was nice, location just off train station, breakfast was busy but handled fast and professionally. nice choice of food and also restuarant dowstairs and roof top bar were nice to visit if you don't want to go out at night

very busy hotel. Staff lacks attention to detail. example asked for breakfast to be added for all our nights but was not done. Complained about the taste of coffee in the breakfast area but was told it tastes just fine lol. asked if i could have a nespresso in the room and was refused. To top it off the coffee sachets and creamer were not always replaced. abit at random. Staff downstairs are so busy you ask them something and they keep on walking.

Very nice and clean room. Spectacular view since room was on 27th floor. Very friendly and helpful staff at check-in and Concierge.

The parking garage is an absolut nightmare. You enter via Congress Centre Garage, which is clean and bright and the driveways give you a lot of space ... and then you enter the Radisson Garage with extremely narrow spaces for your car and even more narrow driveways and sharp and high curbs which will kill your expensive rims ... and you have no chance to evade, you have to go from level to level (4 or 5 in total) before you can go back to the CC. The architect which did this design ... don't know how to call him ...

The location right next to Hamburg-Dammtor train station and Planten un Blomen is excellent! Just a short walk from the station and you're in your room. Another short walk and you're in a lovely park which, during the summer, has a 30-minute (free) water and music show. Really lovely. Also, going into town is just a short 10-15 minute walk. The room we had was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. We had an amazing view from our room. The facilities aren't the newest anymore, but everything is well maintained, the rooms look somewhat updated, the rooftop bar is lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again!

We're flexible vegans, so we also eat vegetarian foods. However, had we eat a strict vegan diet, there would have been no options for us on the buffet. This was a bit unfortunate, as vegan diets are not uncommon anymore. There's room for improvement in that area. I also have to mention here that the some of the servers in the breakfast room are not very customer oriented. A family of three chose an available table which could seat four. The breakfast room was really not that full yet and they were rudely moved to a different table.

Good breakfast, great location, clean and comfortable, very large comfortable bed. Plenty of parking, although not easy to find. Accessed via the main conference centre car park. There are signs above the roadway. After the barrier take left turns to loop round towards the exit barrier where you came in. The hotel parking is accessed on the right just before the exit There is a second barrier to go through. The barrier system for both is integrated and works on number plate recognition. No tickets are issued. The hotel car park has six levels. One up from the entry is mostly EV charging stations. The other levels downwards are not EV. We had no problem getting a space arriving around 5pm on a Thursday, but it filled up more over the weekend. Parking is also allowed in the main, more spacious conference centre car park. The hotel provides a QR code to scan at the ticket machine to get a 9 euro per night discount. The location is great, next to lovely gardens that run down to the river. It is also a short walk (10-15 minutes) into the centre.

The location is perfect, just beside Planten un Blomen (beautiful park) and to a train station so it is very easy to move around. It is easy to reach some touristic areas from the hotel. The room was comfortable and the staff was always very helpful.

I think the breakfast and the parking are very expensive. Although the breakfast buffet is really good and wiith a lot of variety, the price is very high. Something similar with the parking, the only advantage to be a guest at the hotel is a 4 eur discount on the daily tarif, but if you use it for spare hours or for longer periods (for example one week) there is no discount.

Great location, very near the shops, restaurants and opera house. Also a nice park right beside the hotel. There was a good little self service "shop" in the lobby, for snacks, drinks or toiletries. room was a good size, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean, but the window between it and the bedroom was a bit weird. We had booked a superior room (because birthday trip) so the view was very nice. Receptionist called us a taxi to the airport the following morning and this was very efficient.

Not much ambience, and even though the staff knew it was a birthday celebration, there wasn't much warmth or good wishes.

We were 2 friends travelling and had booked for a twin bed room. The hotel was good and very well located. However, their self checkin checkout was not working and took us 30 mins each with staff help. Moreover the room allocated to us was completely messy and hence we had to go back to ask for another room. We got a good view room later though, but at expense of a lot of time, while we were already so exhausted. Its a great hotel though, but we had this weird experience at such a well rated hotel, due to the negligence of the staff.

Perfect view, and thanks so much that the stuff upgrade my room to reward area, the bed was soooooo comfortable that I have never experienced!

At 9:00 am in the morning I was woken up by hammer and drilling machine sound… and by checking out I told a girl at the reception that I was sleeping and got woken up by the loud noise, she only took the card away and said she’ll ask around, that’s it, no “es tut mir leid” or anything …maybe she’s a Praktikantin that’s why, but I was so surprised by checking in the guy was so professional and by checking out the girl was like it doesn’t matter so much…

We were very lucky with the weather and from our bed we had spectacular views of the city.. The hotel offered a premium room upgrade for a small fee which includes a higher floor. I highly recommend taking the offer! The sauna was great and there was even a steam bath! The breakfast had a good variety of bread, cheese, fruit and yummy salmon. The young male receptionist could speak many languages and made us feel like we were on our honeymoon! He had complimentary drinks sent to our room and also took us up to the rooftop bar so we could take a couple photos.

There's no pool.

Lovely room, lovely view. Very comfortable and clean. Didn't hear any neighbours. Easily walkable from central station, well lit parks around means access is safe and easy even at night. We got a great deal through this site, with breakfast which was busy but excellent (the best sausage and bacon I've had in a hotel).

Very warm - even turning off heating didn't help - we felt bad for opening the window to try and cool the room down. The offer of a late checkout was super expensive at 70eur for two extra hours so we didn't take that.
