Service, attentiveness, cleanness, friendliness, facilities, location...Excelent!

We liked everything! Just a small remark on the evening staff at the reception on the day before my checkout, I made sure to remember my early checkout and the request for a packed lunch made on arrival, and this was not transmitted to the kitchen, which made us wait for an extra 12minutes before leaving to the station. But since we had a buffer time, this was no issue and we could arrive on time for our train home and enjoyed a tasty and fulfilling packed lunch :)

The staff and the service at this hotel is something I have never seen in Europe before, I travel for work all over Europe. They were so helpful, kind and efficient. Location is 10/10 breakfast is overpriced but good quality overall if i will definitely stay here again we also ate at their restaurant and had a few drinks at the bar. Again the quality of food and drinks was very good and the service was beyond impeccable

The staff were very polite and helpful, the hotel’s location is great and convenient.

While the hotel is very stylish, it seems to prioritise design over comfort. The wardrobe is tiny in the room but stylish. The chairs are uncomfortable but stylish. There is no tea kettle in the room - just a stylish badly functioning coffee machine. The bed is average for a 5 star hotel, as are the pillows. The shaving mirror is not moveable up or down and at a height that makes it unusable for someone above 175 cm height. The shower is badly calibrated, the bins are standing at an inconvenient location. The rooms on the first floor have a bad/ no view. There were morning gowns but no slippers. The toiletries were not attended to.

The interior and facilities matches its 5 star rating. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. It’s in the middle of city but with window closed, very quiet!

Maybe it’s due to mistranslation: when I booked the hotel, it stated “child stays for free”. My kid is 7 years old, and I need to ask an extra bed, but it’s charged an extra 40 euro. I really don’t mind being charged however the. What exactly it’s for free for a kid to stay then? Using the elevator and water? The staff is very polite but distant. I don’t want go further why is it so but general feel distant.

The location is excellent for shopping. The spa and pool are great and the staff friendly. The hotel looks quite modern. We also enjoyed the Meatery restaurant downstairs.

The double bed was rather narrow. Breakfast was good but the breakfast room is small. There is no room service (but plenty of restaurants nearby). It was listed as a five star hotel, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was a five star hotel, it felt more like a good four star.

Very modern and amazing rooftop where you can enjoy the sun and sunset. Nice big rooms with good facilities and everything you need at hand.

The bathroom doors are made of glass and are unable to close properly. Which is unfortunate.. The pool is very small taking how large of a hotel it is. And the saunas a “textile free”, so people go in naked. Never seen that anywhere else. Some staff are very nice but some are extremely rude.

we love the breakfast specially the fruits were many different varieties,receptionist was awesome, upgraded our room “, let us check out late. But you can hear others talking outside, the bathroom is glass so when you turn on the light then it’s disturbing others who are sleeping.

Room, extremely comfortable - did not find the room blind switch until the second day but did not stop me having a fantastic sleep on the first night. Breakfast was a lovely buffet style and the staff were really attentive

Great location and great breakfast.

The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Room was not in the best state. Scratched floors, hairs on the side of the mattress.

TV has lines through it and is likely to soon fail. bed linen not put on duvet correctly i was informed breakfast wasn't included when it was vesper drink was too weak and needed more vodka.
