I appreciate their system of 'housekeeping on demand'. It gives me a sense of privacy that I can decide myself when someone comes into my room. I was happy that check-out was at 12:00 (noon), so I could stay in my room until leaving for the train station instead of having to find a cafe or something to wait. Bathroom was well-ventilated and spacious. I stayed on the 12th floor with a great view.

I understand that the price of the breakfast (€22) covers the entire range of food that is there (continental breakfast: with bread, toppings, dairy, fruit, salad, hot dishes, and cold cuts, as well as coffee, tea, and juice), but for someone like me, who doesn't eat much in the morning/has food allergies, it's not very interesting/value for money. I only took breakfast 1x during my stay for this reason (I went to a supermarket at Dammtor train station on the other days). I was disappointed that the tea in my room had to be made with a small Nespresso coffee maker: this makes the tea taste like coffee, even after rinsing the machine several times.

Outlook from windows (partially spoiled by prison and messe halls) Parking right under hotel (if you arrive early and parking places reserved for hotel are free, it's very short walk)

Too soft beds Everlasting high frequency noise like from water system or air condition. Audible mainly in bathroom. Little annoying when going to sleep. Breakfast scrambled eggs without any taste. Pastry was once still partially frozen. Price (to be fair, there was Hafengeburstag festival during weekend so probably this made the price higher than usual)

This was my second visit to Hamburg, and both during my previous trip and this one, I stayed at this hotel. In the review I wrote before, I mentioned that the breakfast was delicious—and it still is. On the last day of our stay, there was a fireworks event nearby, and watching the fireworks from our room was absolutely fantastic. Although this hotel is slightly away from the city centre, it’s located right in front of a beautiful park, which was wonderful. My mother and I took a walk in the park every day. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

Great location with easy access to the centre of the city - 25 minutes walk. Easily reachable by train & well connected with public transport . Close to nice botanical garden. Free coffee in the morning (even if the room without breakfast) Public transport ticket included for the duration of our stay was very nice!

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. It is not easy to get a free ticket at the reception (you have to ask yourself)

Perfect location. You can walk anywhere plus it’s safe and is located near a lovely botanical garden. I liked the staff. They were helpful , smiling and hard working. This created a nice atmosphere (special kudos to the blonde lady in charge of breakfast. Her positive attention to guest and a smile created a nice atmosphere)

I didn’t like the breakfast too much because there was not too many options and it became busy during Peak times. I still give the hotel top rating

The hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood, next to a convention centre and a botanic garden. The room was relatively small but very cosy. It has all the basic facilities, including a desk, a kettle and a hairdryer. The staff is really helpful and the breakfast is diversified and tasty. Mind that they do not accept cash payments (only credit/debit cards).

Currently, there are construction works in the neighbourhood, which have resulted in some inconveniences. In particular, there is no direct public transport connection. However, the nearest metro station is within 10-minute walking distance. The room contained two bottles of water as a refresher. However, there were no bottle openers.

Clean Room, which was upgraded. Coffee and Tea in the room. Extra bottled water was there for free, which is much appreciated. The beds are comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was spacy. 12th floor view was spectacular.

The room was just too warm, heating was all on the top, but this you cannot take as a negative, because someone else might the have liked it. No restaurant for the evening, but there is plenty of restaurants to go in the 20 to 30 min walking distance. Only one has to go around the exhibition area...

Clean and comfortable room that has enough space and nice views to neighboring park. Also aircon and fridge in room. Under the hotel is large parking garage, plenty of (paid) parking space there and elevator access. Good breakfast. Wifi worked well.

Exiting the parking was bit complicated at first. I had paid the daily price of 16 euros, and system had scanned my cars licence plates when entering, but at exit gate there was seemingly no sensor for reading licence plate and gate was not opening automatically. But then from gate i called the operator and simply asked him to open gate and he opened it. But this was not a big problem, and otherwise parking was good.

We were staying with a 1.5 year old child. The crib for the child was already in the room when we arrived, with a blanket and a little flat pillow. There was a small table which was good for putting some food for the child, where it could be taken by someone small. Enough space to put a buggy and freely walk past it (Business Plus room). There was a free mini-bar (2 waters, 2 juices, Fanta, Cola) and it was refilled. Fridge was spacey enough, I could put there a 1L bottle of milk and some food containers. The cleaning guys were nice and gave us additional towels upon request. The location is not central, but wonderful. It's a 30 min walk to the center, and a beautiful park just nearby. The supermarket is a bit far (15-20 min to Rewe I think), but that was no problem, walking is good your health. The room was very quiet which was nice. The views from the upper floors amazing! Shampoo and body wash in big bottles on the wall. Shower was good enough. Plenty of sockets. Access to the rooms and elevator going up with a key-card.

They didn't reply for some time on my request about a crib (cot), I had to write again. Then they replied confirming they received my request. Minor detail. The curtains were not completely blackout, there was a small space in between them up above. Not a huge problem.

Lovely 4-star hotel with really nice helpful friendly staff. Wonderful views over the city. Good breakfast Incredibly good value for what it was. A little bit far from main Hamburg centre but close to tube and main train station so still easy to get around

Had to change room as had two single beds despite requesting a double bed. My new room did not have as good views but still pretty good.
