We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It's part of a hotel, which wasn't clear from the listing. This was great as there was a reception area and the benefits of the hotel facilities. The beds were really comfortable, extra pillows brought on request as the lovely feather pillows were too soft for two of us, the shower - THE SHOWER! - was amazing! Huge waterfall shower. We didn't use it but there was a little kitchen in the apartment. We loved the balcony overlooking lush, green gardens off our apartment. On day two we had the buffet breakfast which was good. Not the most amazing I've had but still very good. Tip: if you're making waffles, overfill half the waffle maker and cook for a couple of minutes to make sure they're light, fluffy and thick. Delicious, unlimited freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff were lovely throughout. The location was great to get to the cafes, shops etc nearby. Loved that check-out was at midday.

The little drawer under the coffee machine with teabags, sugar etc in it was damp and a bit smelly. There was a slightly odd smell in the hallways throughout the building. Would be good to include hair conditioner in the shower room and bigger towels.

Apartment was large. Bathroom was renovated and well appointed. It was quiet and only 10 minute walk to S Bahn station. Supermarket next door was convenient. Hotel was very nice with restaurant and bar ( although the menu was limited and expensive.) staff were very friendly.

The area was a bit unsavoury with lots of graffiti, rubbish in the street as well as beggars. Kitchenette was very limited with no microwave or oven or dishwasher or washing up liquid.

Great showers, fantastic beds, beautiful decor, and tasteful design overall. We loved the big balcony! Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, even better than the pictures and description. Would definitely recommend and book again. Good, yet quiet location close to public transport and lively neighbourhood with great nightlife and restaurants.

One of the kids thinks the fire staircase connected to the balcony was sketchy - the grown-ups appreciate the safety aspect 🙂

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I don't know anything about that. Our son complained a little bit about the wifi, but apart from that the hotel was a really nice surprise! The apartment is extremely quiet with a nice little balcony facing a quiet courtyard and rooms and beds were of much higher quality than expected. There are not that many restaurants right by the hotel, but there is a bus leaving every 5-10 minutes going right to the city centre and if you walk 10 minutes, you have plenty of restaurantes. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is part of a hotel and feels like it - while it's very spacious, clean. and nicely furnished, it lacks any personal touch and feels a bit sterile. The parking was available on the premises (for a fee), which we appreciated. The hotel offered a lovely breakfast buffet (at an additional charge); we didn't use it, but the offerings seemed plentiful and varied based on what we saw walking by. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment is very dark - it doesn't have much natural light, and the artificial lighting is weak. There was no dishwasher. The neighborhood seemed a bit seedy compared to the other parts of Hamburg we visited.

From the outside, didn’t look appealing and not a great neighborhood. But once inside, terrific. Short walk to food shops and S-Bahn. A bit pricey but very good place to stay. I would stay again!

Dinner menu limited and expensive. Breakfast too expensive for the offerings.

Nice hotel & apartments just about 5 minutes far from S-bahn station. Close to shops and bigger supermarket. Easy car parking in the hotel's garage for 20 EUR (24hours). Just 2 S-bahn stations war from the fotball stadium. We did not have breakfast there so I can not rate it.

I can not recall anything to complain of, but we were only for 1 night there. Maybe the fact that the breakfast is in this hotel quite expensive (25 EUR/p).

Very spacious and reasonably priced apartment. I loved the extras for our baby, like the bath essentials and the changing mat. They even added a little stool for our toddler to make the bathroom facilities more accessible.

Our room was too warm to sleep well. Also the location isn’t ideal, but good enough with only a 15 min walk to Schanzenviertel and public transport nearby.

Spacious and well laid-out apartment with big bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, lounge area, balcony and very comfortable bed and ample storage space. Location was also perfect for our trip with walking distance to supermarket, bars and restaurants, as well as close proximity to an S-Bahn station for access to the center and harbour area.

Breakfast was delicious with a buffet offering lots of choice, but a little expensive. I'm not a big eater in the morning, so would be great to have a "light" option as I don't think I could ever eat €25 worth of breakfast :)

The hotel was in a great location on a main bus route into the city. Beautifully clean & spacious with Molton Brown products and really comfy beds. The staff were super helpful and welcoming.

I wish the breakfast was included or at least a little bit cheaper. 25euros PP seems steep.
