The location is in a beautiful neighborhood, the accommodation is located a little away from the busy main street, so at night you are not disturbed by cars. I had a view of the hotel parking lot but mostly of the beautiful neighboring garden and many trees. The accommodation and facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast for an extra charge was excellent - pastries, cereals, fruit, butter, margarine, marmalade, ham and cheese, tea, coffee, juice. f I were to return to this destination, I would choose this accommodation again. Personally, I highly reccomend it. And accommodating was easy

My only slight criticism would be that I was slightly disturbed at night by the noise from the other rooms, which was slightly more compared to other accommodation. But that was just a minor thing.

Close to Volksparkstrase bus stop and Stellingen Sbahn train station. You can also get directly to the airport via 392 bus. There is a gross market Rewe a few meters away. The room is clean and comfortable. It’s good value of money. They offer an attractive breakfast buffet with fresh local fruits and vegetables. The staff is friendly.

There was no self cleaning goods such as soap etc in my room.

Great place for short stays. Easy check-in with key box, and the private parking at the back of the building is perfect. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to walk to the city, or 30 minutes by bike or Voi. There’s a nearby gas station with a small shop, which is perfect if you need a late-night snack or want to fill up the tank before leaving.

Very easy check in, the Whatsapp messages about the hotel details before my arrival was lit! Peaceful and clean hostel for a price that I paid. Very nice cleaning lady, I love her smile when I meet her outside before I check in and when I'm about to check out. I stayed here because of the Avenged sevenfold concert at Barclays Arena and this hostel is super close! You guys are doing a great job! Definitely gonna come back next time!

I met 2 spiders in my room and it was quite big

The location for us was fab. We came for a concert at the arena. The town of Eimsbüttel was a short walk away which has food, coffee shops etc. Lidl and aldi were a short walk away, as was the tram station taking you into Central Hamburg. The rooms were clean, check in and out was easy and contact free meaning we could change the language on the machine. Really good and felt safe.

The bed was 2 singles pushed together which was disappointing. Kinda made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Otherwise it would be nice to have tea and coffee in the room but not a necessity.

Good value for money. It was surprisingly quiet, even though a large street is close by. The room was enough to sleep in for the night (with a tiny, but sufficient bathroom) and the bed was cosy. The room was clean, even though the furniture / equipment was simple and has been there for a while. When I asked for a room at the end of the corridor, my wish was granted - thank you! WLAN worked very well.

There was no soap in the room and apparently this is a standard, not an omission. It would have been great to know this beforehand, then I would have taken one with me. Do not expect anything fancy, but the room really served the purpose well.

It's a hostel. So the expectations weren't high anyway. But, au contraire, it was actually quite good. Comfortable beds, warm room, have a kitchenette, if you're planning to stay longer then just one night, like us, so it alright. It's close to a supermarket, and we had dinner at Dubrovnik Restaurant, about 10 minute walk from the hotel. A Croatian restaurant, would recommend. Quiet, clean, good overall.

The automatic machine for off-hour reception is an excellent way to welcome the guests at late hours. The rooms were very clean and provided clean towels and hot water.

The breakfast buffet offered what it usually does, cereal, bread, meat, cheese and eggs, but lacked diversity and richness. Given that it is a small establishment it can be understandable, to prevent food loss, but letting the staff know in advance did not provide additional food choices - such as an omelet or additional fruit for cereal. This would not be an issue, if not for the high price when compared to food that you can get the market at a lower cost. The noise in the hallway and neighboring rooms can be high at times, perhaps fortifying the room doors can solve the issue, but nothing too alarming. Also, no soaps available.

A nice little hotel with good transport (bus) connection to S-bahn, U-bahn, airport and beautiful suburb of Hamburg, Blankenese. We had a shared toilet, but it was never a problem to use it. The personnel is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but still enough choice ( bread, cheese/ham, eggs, cereals), drinks. The hotel is located in the yard, so the noise from the very busy road nearby wasn't disturbing and we slept well.

Well, the slight thing that could be better - maybe the paper bin under the sink in the lavatory could be emptied during the day as it was very full in the end of the day/early morning before the cleaning personnel started to work.

The ridiculous sink in the bathroom was tiny, with a glass shelf right above it. You had to tilt your head and fit it under the shelf to spit toothpaste into the sink
