The hotel is very furnished and equipped. Super friend employees. The room is well designed and have everything you needs. The bed is comfortable, room is clean and fresh. There is food options and bar in the hotel. Easy access parking lot. Overall a very good place to stay.

Parking is 35 euros for 24 hours, I would say it's quite expensive even though seems like that's an average level price for the city. But the hotel did have pointed it out in the description. There were used tissues in the trash can when we checked in, it is a not a big problem but do hope the cleaning could be a little more thoroughly.

The room was large, with a good desk and chair. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice stand-in shower. It was a little on the worn side, but perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The breakfast (Sunday) was very good although it would be nice to be able to order from a menu in addition to the buffet.

Everything was fine for a short stay, although if I were there to visit Hamburg, I wouldn't stay so far outside of the the city. We were just meeting friends for an evening who live in the area. The bar isn't comfortable, and no snacks available. I wouldn't plan on spending any time there. Only one small bottle of water in the room and no refrigerator.

Fantastic Stay at Dorint Hotel Hamburg! Just got back from an amazing 3-night stay at Dorint Hotel Hamburg this July. Wow, what a great experience! First off, the staff here are absolute superstars. AmirReza at the front desk greeted us with the biggest smile and made sure we had everything we needed. Anytime we needed something in our room, they were on it in a flash. Our room was comfy and had all the modern touches you'd want. The breakfast was a feast every morning in a really nice setting. But here's what really blew us away: Amir and the team went above and beyond, acting like our personal tour guides. They gave us awesome tips for exploring Hamburg and even hooked us up with a free ticket to St. Michael's Church tower! When it was time to leave, Nadine at the desk made our check-out super quick and easy. Location-wise, it's perfect for zipping around Hamburg. Oh, and they've got a gym and spa if you're into that. If you're heading to Hamburg, I recommend to stay at Dorint. It's not just a hotel, it's like staying with that super-helpful friend who knows all the best spots.

Just budget a bit extra for parking if you're bringing a car like us.

Located in a quiet area, very close to a park and UKE. Very good breakfast, very clean and comfortable mattresses, spacious bathrooms, multiple lighting sources, very well positioned, so that one can study at the desk and the other can read in bed or on the armchair.

In our room the fridge did not work, surely it would have been fixed, but we did not report this due to lack of time. I would have liked it to be equipped with disposable slippers. I am convinced that for many it is a plus that pets are allowed, but not for us. However, we will choose Dorint every time we come to Hamburg 💕.

I stay at the Dorint Eppendorf when I am required for an early appointment at the University Clinic, which is next door. I always get exactly what I expect and usually more.

There is nothing to not like, although I must say that hanging the hairdryer over the toilet roll is a bit odd. I never know what to do with the cord which interferes with the roller. This is true in every room I have stayed in. :D

The location was in a very nice neighborhood, next to a university campus, park, kindergarten, near a cafe, supermarket, and within walking distance from a charming shopping area with little shops, (more) cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff were super-efficient, helpful, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The room was quite large, as was the bed , firm mattresses, soft pillows (some guests might not like this), clean bed sheets. It has a space with furniture to work with a laptop, easy access to electricity points, good lighting, the room temperature was centrally controlled. The hotel has its own restaurant and offered room service.

TV channels in English were limited.

The rooms are cleaned, staff at reception gave me directions and a map on how to get to the city centre by bus. I saw lots of families with children. I loved the breakfast buffet. I greatly recommend Dorint Hotel Hamburg-Eppendorf.

Lack of fridge in the room. Other than that, Dorint Hotel is a nice place to stay.

apparently some rooms have coffee machines; ours simply had a hot water kettle to make instant coffee. The coffee maker would have been better.

good sized room, comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom of good size, very nice staff at the front desk. Good location and access to public transport, as well to quite a lot of good quality restaurants in walking distance (20mins)

there is really nothing to complain about. Only recommendation is that if the customer choose for the room not to be cleaned during short term stays, for environmental purposes, which I highly support, at least the staff should replenish Water and Coffee supply.

Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with wide selection including fresh fruit. Tea and coffee facilities in room, Room serviced every day. Useful table and chair with good lighting to do work.

Teabags in room should be replenished every day. Hotel is a distance from restaurants and shops.
