Wonderful location in a beautiful building. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating! The bed is very comfortable and the garden is a feast for the eye. It’s very serene, peaceful and quiet. It’s great to have access to a kitchenette and laundry facilities.

Internet is incredibly slow and the connection drops frequently. Although it didn’t matter this trip, there is no AC. The rooms are rather small. Next time we’ll book, we will aim for the one bedroom apartment.

Literally one of the most beautiful and comfortable places I've ever stayed. Super friendly professional staff, cozy thoughtful amenities and the location is very peaceful and green. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Hamburg.

Everything was perfect

Very good room, well equipped kitchen. Accommodation is close to public transport, in very safe area. Very quiet area too. We arrived little early, and room was already ready for us, really great.

Gorgeous neighborhood, wonderful view of the garden, nice and clean. Bathroom is certainly small, but still quite nice.

My husband is 6'3, so the shower was a real challenge. However, the water pressure was amazing.

I had a small room, but it was nicely equipped - there was a kitchen and a desk suited for work. Room was clean. Location for me was great - there are a lot of restaurants nearby and metro station is not that far. Even though I haven't met any of the staff, I felt very welcome there.

Price is a bit high.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. Quiet and serene neighborhood with easy access to metro trains and underground trains.

The kitchenette in my room was smelly, there must have been a milk spill. Maybe it went under the fridge and was hard to access to clean properly.
