Super nice people. We were there early and wanted to leave our luggage but they checked if our room is ready and we were allowed to check in right away. Room was very clean, everything that you need. The area is surprisingly quite and it's very close to the river with scenic views. Metro was also very close. Happy to chose this hotel and will pick it again. Comfortable beds, every was nice.

Quaint, small hotel - Met my needs, had a simple breakfast, and was perfectly fine! The staff were friendly!

Keep in mind that the front desk is not staffed 24h. If you plan on arriving "off-hours", make sure to contact the hotel first!

Everything was very good: warm and clean room, comfortable double bed with 2 pilots (which for us was a plus). From the location there are very good connections with public transport, to all important objectives in Hamburg. We will definitely recommend this accommodation.

The only thing we would have liked in addition would have been a mini fridge in the room :)

hotel is located in one of the nicest places in the city. lots of nice cafes and restaurants are just walking distance. it is a small and clean hotel. to park your car , you'll have to walk a minute to a closed parking garage. if you are a runner , hotel is very near to the lake , there is a 8km decent route , one of my favorites!

We loved everything about it! The hotel was so comfortable and the staff were very helpful and answered all of our questions about the buses and trains. Lovely neighborhood with delicious cafes and restaurants.

Hospitality, urgent and perfect response to the situation when our arrival was postponed to the late hours due to the delayed flights.

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (incl. the cleaning ladies). You're surrounded by so many restaurants and shops and yet it's a quiet street. I'd go there again, definitely!
