The hotel was lovely and clean. There were umbrellas available to use and we hired bikes from the hotel to get around for 2 days which was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally helpful both at the reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. Gave tips on where to go and information about buses and taxis. Our room had a balcony which was lovely when the weather was good. There was a mini bar that was restocked each day and the breakfast had an excellent variety of food. A complimentary dish of fruit on arrival was a nice touch. The location was great with some good restaurants on the door step. Can recommend the Vietnamese that was right next door.

Excellent. The location is super, quiet and beautiful neighborhood with lots of green spaces along the water so it was perfect for me and my dog. And easy to get to and from central station as bus stop is right outside. They prepared some goodies and bed and bowls for my dog and we felt so welcome, the staff were so nice and friendly. The room is super nice, spacious and so comfortable has everything you need. AC was a heavenly escape from the heat. Will certainly come back next time.

We are glad to honor the hotels request for no room cleaning with a short stay of 2-3 nights; however, the rooms need to have enough soap to accommodate such. Although we did not need any, clean towels are easily accessed at the front desk; however, the bathroom soap dispenser did go empty and we had to use the shower container.

The location was perfect for access to outr corporate site which is less than a mile away. I had rented a car and had adjacent garage parking which was very much appreciated. In the future I will use taxis and mass transit when I stay. I will ocntinue to use this space when in Hamburg for client events at our space. The hotel is adjacent to some great restaurants and bars, some of which I enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was good.

The only thing I would knock on the hotel was in the breakfast service. When you sit down for service and walk through the buffet line, you are typically approached by the servers for a plate option made directly in the kitchen, which is included. On the second day specifically I was essentially ignored while others were served. It wasn't until I asked for a refill of coffee (which had been empty for some time) that I was able to order. Once ordered, it was excellent. This might be because of the language barrier.

Staff was very welcoming, smiling, caring and helpful. Location is just perfect as the neighborhood is quiet and there is a bus stop right there so you are at the main train station in about 5 minutes. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good and it was great that freshly prepared eggs were offered. In addition they had a home baked lemon pie. The lady in the restaurant was so nice 🥰 Everyone at a reception were very pleasant and the cleaning ladies as well. Thank you very much for everything!

We got a free upgrade which was amazing! This included free minibar, which was filled with drinks. Everything was very good and we really enjoyed the fresh breakfast. The lady at the breakfast was so kind. You can get fresh eggs and waffles on top of the breakfast buffet. Nice, quite an dcozy neighborhood.

The Hotel is far from city center. It takes 40 minutes to the Hamburg Central Station if you walk. Also the carpark is very small, but this is just a little thing.

Great location. Close to a beautiful lake. 50mins walking distance to the city center with a beautiful scenery. Very friendly service, great beds and a quiet area. Parking is useful!

There were some stains on the carpet, it is quite expensive for what you get (we had a 3 person room) and the shower had was a little bit wobbly.

Great breakfast buffet with a super friendly waitress offering a huge choice of hot drinks and egg specialities. Small but important room detail: the curtains are big enough to overlap and make the room dark. This is not common sense in all hotels. The furniture is modern and stylish. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location excellent for walking to canal, and interesting neighborhoods. The hotel is quiet. The air-conditioning worked very well. There were bikes for rental, which was helpful.

Check-in was via an iPad or similar, and I found this impersonal and also tedious. A staff member was present to guide me through. But what's the point of this inconvenience if one arrives during normal check-in hours?

We had a great room with a balcony! The fridge was completely stocked, and there was even fresh fruit on the counter. The bathroom was very modern. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

The parking in the garage is extremely difficult to navigate. The spots are so tiny! Hamburg is quite large so it was a very busy street.
