Location was awesome. Lots of cafes and restaurants and a supermarket on the street and the Alster a 5 minute walk away. The Mundsburg train station was a 10-12 minute walk and there were bus stops on the street. The room was big and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bathroom was a good size and there was enough counter space.

The room was advertised as a king sized bed. It was actually two twin beds pushed together so not really ideal. There was a laundry room and we were charged €4.50 for each wash and dry though the listing didn’t say laundry was extra. At first our host didn’t offer the laundry room until I explained that we had been traveling for a couple weeks.

Beautiful apartment and well equipped. The location is perfect with restaurants and public transportation just in front of the door.

The WiFi connection was weak at times, but that’s the only negative point I have

This apartment hotel is in a very nice neighborhood north of downtown. It's very close to good restaurants, a grocery store, a lake, a park and bus stops. I'd rate this as a good value for the location. The bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to store our suitcases, computers & the like. The balcony was nice.

This is a good value for the neighborhood. There are some small upgrades that could easily make this more comfortable. The shower lacks shelves or ledges for shampoo, and they did not provide shower gel. Also, the curtains do not block out the light, which is a challenge in Hamburg's short summer nights. Some of the furnishings seemed on the cheaper end.
