I arrived a couple of hours before the official check-in time and got my room straight away. The young lady was very kind and friendly. The hotel is new, spotlessly clean and is located very close to two tube stations (3-5 minutes of walking). The building is located inside an arch and is isolated from the main street, which makes the location very safe and quiet. I stayed for 4 nights and never heard any noises whatsoever. Although the location is not very central, you can easily reach everything by public transport. The elevators cannot be used without the magnetic keys, so no strangers can come inside. Rooms have refrigerators and stovetops, so you can keep and cook your own food. There is no daily room service, and it was 100% fine with me. When at home, I don't change towels every day and don't really need to get them changed all the time when living at a hotel (think about all the wasted water!)

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste, but it wasn't a big deal anyway :-)

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The downstairs common area was quite pleasant and we enjoyed using the fitness room. You can get tea bags from downstairs or use the coffee machine. They also sell some beers and snacks at the front desk. The day staff were friendly and helpful. The room has AC, good bathroom and was overall comfortable.

There is a garage at the back of the hotel, which played loud radio early in the morning, and was using power tools at 11pm. The location is ok, about a 10 minute walk from the u-bahn and a 15-20 minute walk from Lange Reihe where there's bars and restaurants. There's not much in the immediate area.

Overall much better than expected, considering the very good price. The room was on the larger side and besides everything I would expect it also had a small kitchen. You can borrow many kitchen utensils for your room free of charge (like a toaster, waffle maker, etc.) The breakfast room was comfortable and could also be used to just hang out or work. Nice atmosphere to get some work done. Gym with the most important equipment, lots of board games, and other toys for kids available.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable. It was two single beds moved together and they easily moved apart from each other. Matrasse also was not too comfortable.

Excellent location for the U-Bahn S3 line, made getting around the city very easy. The room was a perfect size and very comfortable. The interior design was very cool, the colourful room felt very inviting and homely.

Despite having air conditioning as advertised, in the off season, only the ventilation/fan system is used which meant it felt slightly too warm at night for us. Also the room was supplied with a kettle but no mugs or tea/coffee supplies, and a small coffee machine but no pods. You are able to get mugs and tea bags for free from the breakfast area though. It would have been nice to have a small/low bedside lamp since the main lighting was quite bright for the evenings.

Water in the shower was not draining. I asked twice if someone could help us with this, but nobody came. Reception told us that technician would be available on Monday but on Monday we were leaving. This was really disappointing because it was almost impossible to take shower without constantly stopping water and waiting for it to drain. I understand there might be a problem like this but I can't accept that when I ask, nobody care. To clean the drain would be enough, no need to wait for technician.

We spent two wonderful weeks at this hotel, and everything exceeded our expectations! The rooms look exactly like they do in the photos - neat, fresh, and spotlessly clean, with a very stylish bathroom. The room is equipped with all the necessary appliances, and everything works perfectly. The staff deserves special praise - they are friendly, polite, and always ready to help, promptly addressing any requests. The lounge area is a delightful place to relax, with free, delicious coffee always available, along with cookies and snacks. On Sundays during Christmas time, they even treated guests to complimentary mulled wine - such a nice touch! The common areas of the hotel are also lovely, with cozy and stylish interiors that make you feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone—it was an absolutely fantastic stay!

Great location. Train station is accessible and a 4 min walk from the hotel. Nice coffee shops nearby and also supermarkets. The hotel is also very clean and quiet. The ladies at the reception were very friendly and polite. Definitely coming back again when in Hamburg.

No sponge in our kitchenette ( this made it very difficult to use the dishes or cook). The refrigerator had a weird smell but it was very clean so I bet it was because it’s not used that much Also if you need to talk to the reception desk you must go to them as there is no hotel phone in room to reach them out directly (annoyingly).

A nice and cozy family double room. It’s compact yet comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. We’ve been living here for a week with our cat, and it’s been a great experience.

We checked in very late at night and couldn’t find a parking spot. We asked about using the paid parking in front of the hotel until morning, as we saw some available spots, but the staff told us none were vacant. However, the next morning, those same spots were still empty

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are spacious and modernly decorated, with all the necessary facilities in the fully equipped kitchen. The large shower, fresh towels, and pleasantly scented body and hair soap added to the comfort of our stay. The 24/7 access to free coffee and tea, a helpful reception staff available around the clock, and a fully equipped gym open at all times significantly enhanced our experience. Even if you forget something, you can easily get or purchase it in the lobby. This is truly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in—and definitely the best in Hamburg!

This is an apartment-style hotel with a convenient location and excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and the coffee is perfect—available at any time. The room is small but well-equipped, including climate control, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, and overall, we were completely satisfied. The price is reasonable, and the Wi-Fi connection is fast. We recommend this place for a short business stay.
