Overall very clean, comfortable bed, good shower, kettle, good locks on doors.

There was a sort of terrace on the outside of the 2 room windows which appeared to be alongside at least 4 of the rooms. It was in theory a rooftop and looked like it was not supposed to be used, but there was a man sitting out on the terrace area and if the window without bars had been fully open I would not have felt safe. However, one of the windows did have security bars so at least one window could be fully open.

Location is perfect,central,one metro station is near Hotel,another is 5min easy walk. Also HBF is 10min easy walk... Lidl,markets,fast food,restaurants,everything is in same street. Abi is very good host and good man,he helped us a lot! Room was nice, standard and clean,everything was very good!

Ahmid was super! He took care of us. We had a few questions, and he helped us out. He asked us if we needed new towels, and brought what we needed right away. Lidl is on the other side of the street. The U-bahn is on the corner. Location is great. Surprisingly quiet neighbourhood, with a park nearby. I slept really well. The double bed is massive, and comfortable

It is small. It wasn´t unexpected, but it is basically only one room with a desk, with 4 chairs, 2 bunk beds and a double bed (2m). A small kitchen, an entry way and a bathroom. The kitchen didn´t have enough plates for us (6 people), but Ahmid found more plates and silverware. One of the beds was a bit crooked, but comfortable nonetheless.

The Reception Manager, Omid, was absolutely outstanding in his role. I must commend him for his patience, diligence and grace in dealing with all your customers in a gentle and effective manner. Omid is a credit to your Hotel Team, and I would personally like to thank him for his assistance to make my stay an enjoyable one.

I came for the Hamburg Marathon, and the stay was really comfortable and good. It's very close to the central station (hbf), and other main u-bahn (in front of the hotel ) and the s-bahn stations. I didn't have any problem for the transport in the city (airport, sightseeing, and marathon transportation).

Very clean room, great price for what you get and in walking distance from the main train station, comfortable bed. I have to mention the very friendly receptionist, he was very helpful, answered all my question, provided the necessary maps (city and metro) and advises about where to go and what to visit. In overall, very cost effective and convenient for a small trip in Hamburg, will certainly stay there again.

It is a budget hotel, so the room is not the biggest or most comfortable regarding the space you have. The hotel is new (working around 1,5 months at the time i stayed) and their internet is not yet upgraded, so i had low speed, it is supposed to be fixed in a few weeks, at least that is what i was told.

The location of the hotel is a big advantage right next to the metro station. It was also very easy to find. The room was also very clean and tidy and most importantly they are family friendly and also have rooms for 3 persons.

Service desk staff were not available in the evenings. The bathroom could have more towels to keep it dry.

We were at this place earlier, and thereafter decided to come back. it’s location and the personalized service of Mr Abdullah will always get you back

Probably lack of an English speaking receptionist at the desk, though not an issue when Mr Abdullah is around

The room was not 30 sq.m at all as was promised.

Great for the price, room is big enough for 3. Property is clean and comfy.

Shower curtain could use some love. The check-in process what a bit questionable. Nevertheless all was good!
