The hotel itself is good. It's just several minutes from the train station and city center. Our room was really clean. Bathroom - A+! The room is decorated in a space theme which was nice. The personnel is very friendly. Next to the hotel, there are dozens of cafes and shops.

The city center also means that there are many "strange" people there. When I returned with my family in the evenings, I didn't feel safe. Also due to the location on the street, it's a bit loud here. It's strange to find a narrow blanket on twin-size beds, I'd rather prefer to sleep under one blanket with my wife :)

Staff is really great (reception and housekeeping) and the rooms are very clean and new. Its really good, also for long term stay.

The location is not so good. Its close to the main train station, but the way to the hotel leads through a street called "Steindamm". This is one of the most dangerous streets, not just in Hamburg, but in all of Germany. Lots of homeless people, drug addicts and prostitutes around, especially at night. You can avoid walking through this street by driving one more station with the subway and walking to the hotel from another angle, but still, its a bad location.

We liked that the place was very close to almost everything - Hauptbahnhof, restaurants, Coffee Shops and so many more. It’s close to the Hauptbahnhof and Main FlixBus station. Our room was huge enough and spacious for a group of 4.

The hotel room was beside the trash area. It was very noisy during dawn time til early morning. There were houseflies that gets inside the room even when were on the third floor.

The location is ideal. Maybe loud for some people and a lot of squatters around, but perfectly safe. Walking distance from the station and a lot of restaurants, facilities around. The room is amazing, super spacious, very comfy beds, great bathroom and very clean.

The check-in process is extremely complicated. They also have 2 facilities across from each other. So make sure to go to the one with the reception in to check in. The automated check in system is a complete and utter disaster. The receptionist can be a bit nicer. And what hotel doesn't keep luggage for an hour in 2025?

I can't really comment on the staff as we didn't interact with anyone. The self-check in is automated and works really well, we had no issues. The locations as amazing as we only had to carry our bags a short distance from the Hauptbahnhof. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and clean.

The bathroom has an automatic light but the setting is strange. At one point in the shower, the light just turned off and I had to come out to activate it again. Not ideal. Also, sometimes the light seems to turn on randomly at night if the door isn't closed which was also rather strange.

Clean, great ambiance with few means. All was well.

Only 2 Small details to improve: Upon self check in: Typing in personal details are all visible on screen that all 4 people waiting easily could read, pass number... The light in bathroom switches on upon movement and then stays on a while, at night for a quick toilet run the bright light wakes the body up, I use soft orange night light, wish it manually switched.

It was eay to find. The room was as in the pictures. Near shopping area, supermarkets, restaurants and main station. Cleaning staff was nice. the room was clean and very new.

The area feels very unsafe after 9-10 pm. I (woman) went home around midnight and there was only men, junkies and drunkies on the street - will not recommend going alone. The check-in should be easier to do before arriving. The big screen was on the wall and all your private details was displayed so everyone could see it. Not very convenient.

Great place very clean and friendly i recommended it very central But before you go make sure they changed the chek in process . There nobody on the front desk it an automated machine and it s very tricky to get the card to get to you room . theres so many peoples , even German peoples had very hard time to check in . they need someone at the front desk.

check in is terrible every body i met got stock for at least half hour check in even german peoples

Room was nice and comfortable, compare to the location of the hotel we were gladly surprised that room was very nice

WINDOWS!! Just a disaster!! We could not close them properly. Was cold in the room, because there was no possibility to close them. In the bathroom where was the mirror there was a windows. Apparently hotel was reconstructed or something, but you guys need to think about removing this window from the bathroom that you can not even close properly… very strange thing. Because we were not able to close the windows we could hear everything that is happening outside. I have to sleep in earplugs…

The room was very clean and comfortable. The interior is also very nice. Very clean bathroom and bed sheets. Very good location, 7 minutes walk from the central station. There are fruits and vegetables' shops very close and a supermarket too. The hotel in general is very nice but the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe.

Streets are very noisy and noise isolation of the windows in the room is very bad. So if it's a bad day, you can stay awake till 4 or 5 am, it is very noisy. I assume that it's not the safest neighborhood in the city.
