This is the first hotel we experienced that charged for baggage storage—of course, having tried to instead have left our baggage in a locker at the train station would have also cost money and would have probably even been impossible because of no lockers available…

If you arrive to the Central or to the main bus station, this is an excellent choice. The hotel was quiet, no noise from the back yard. Hot water, the desk in the room, the hairdryer, TV and the nice bed. Luggage storage at the reception is a useful option.

The check-in after 15:00 is not comfortable if you arrived in the morning and wished to refresh yourself in the bathroom. My pillow was very thin, needed to roll it but it was not a problem. No teapot, glasses, spoons in the room.

Very helpful staff, convenient location near train and bus stations. Room was very cheap and we vere lucky to have patio-view, as it was super quiet..

The location is really only convenient because of the station, otherwise it is surrounded by the type of people that usually surrounds a station. The room was simple with somewhat old furniture, which was equivalent to the price.

We really liked the paintings all over the hotel, we love art. There's an elevator for all to use. The reception is always open and the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main train station. The room was really big

Our room smelled slightly of cigarette-smoke. The rest of the hotel smelled nice though, so it was probably a temporary smell in our room. The pillows were small and lumpy.

Excellent value in great location steps to Central Station in a colorful multicultural neighborhood. Small twin bed room was very well laid out, comfortable and super quiet!!!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The price was really affordable and I thought that maybe some items can not be provided by hotel as it should be. But, the bed was comfy, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean included towel and shampoo. The location was so great, it just took less than 10 min by walk to city center.

It was very clean. It was not a far walk to Hafen City or Jungfernsteig.

I don’t as a little out dated but so is some of my home furniture. It’s not a deal breaker.

The room and bathroom were kept very clean and tidy Staff were kind.

The telephone in the room was not working,I was not able to call the reception at all and the lift was also not functioning. So if i had to go to the reception i had to climb down 3 floors.

The place was great, very close to the railway and bus stations. The personnel let us leave our luggage in the check-out day and pick it up in the evening when we were heading to the next city.

However the location is comfortable from logistics prospective, the neighborhood isn't very clean and might seem a bit unsafe.
