Perfect location, 3 minutes walking from train station which we used to get to airport and when we arrive from other city, it was also walking distance to great places we wanted to see. Breakfast was fair and enough and everything was fresh and tasty, the room was very clean and pretty and it had everything that we needed, the bed was really comfortable. Price was fair compared to the even higher prices we saw. If we were to come back to Hamburg (which we hope we will) we will definetely choose this hotel, mainly for the strategic location and cleanliness.

When we arrived the lift was not working and our room was in the last floor, at least we did not have big luggage.

The best location one can have. The staff were very friendly and our questions were answered. The Internet was very good for my two hours meeting that l had. It's around 200 m from the train station but on a very frequented sleep. We had a good night and the breakfast was not so big but enough to start our day. Will definitely consider this hotel if l ever visit Hamburg again

Our room was in the 4rd floor ..and the lift goes to the 3rd floor only. Which was ok .but not my cup of tea when l have a bigger suitcase

This was a fantastic room close to the railway station, yet quite as an empty church. Very friendly and helpful staff who accommodated our needs and requests happily. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. It was a perfect place to spend the night on our day in Hamburg with all our luggage.

Ok breakast buffé with e.g. warm bread (several types), yoghurt, juice, coffe, croissant, hard boliled eggs, scrambled eggs. The elevator goes to the third flour, for the rest you have to take the stairs. You get a key with which you can enter the hotel at any time. I also like that they kept my bag while I was running the marathon. Friendly staff.

There is a fan or something that gives a sound during the night. The location is good, close to the station. Some of the nearby streets do not feel safe

The room was a good size, with a nice bathroom. There was a mini fridge and a kettle in the room to make your own tea or instant coffee. It was clean and comfortable, with a very good continental breakfast - a variety of cereals, spreads, breads, cold meats & cheeses. We were very impressed with the value for money, which also included the free breakfast. The staff were nice and helpful, considering we only spoke English and no German.

The surrounding area, being close to the train station was not so nice, as homeless people are on the streets and at the station. However the Condor Hotel's proximity to the central railway station was excellent - only a 2 - 3 minute walk away. Great for a transit stay.

Great location in terms of connectivity right next to the central station & close to major public transportation, restaurants & cafes. Comfortable room, courteous staff & sumptuous breakfast.

The property was a little old so could do with a little facelift in terms of a renovation & reworking.

Spotless clean bathroom and sheets

Most of the furniture was a little outdated, the kettle a very old version as well. But all well Maintained. Breakfast was a little low variety and very German (rolls, Nutella, a small selection of cheese, some cornflakes and hard boiled eggs), and for a simple room it was a tiny tad overpriced.

The location is close to the train station. Really good, fresh breakfast. The room is like in the pictures. Friendly staff, we let the luggages after the check out.

The street is noisy and with a lot of weird people. The price is high, but okay in comparation with the other hotels.

Staff polite and friendly. Location is excellent for Hamburg Hbf but there were noisy people outside during the night at any hour, perhaps not such a surprise for this location. Room (3rd floor, there's a lift if required) and bedroom were spacious and clean. Good breakfast.

Excellent location 2 minutes on foot from Hamburg HBF. Spacious, well-lit room, despite mediocre first impression of the building. Decent service and acceptable breakfast.

No lift or wheelchair access. Very uncomfortable pillows, especially the lump of something on the 3rd bed. 2 fridges, but neither was operational. Some rather ancient-looking, yellowed toilet paper. One flashing light bulb.
