Good location, just 3 min from the main train station, 10-15 min walk from the city center. Friendly staff, 24 h reception, which is great. It was possible to leave the luggage in the hostel after the checkout and pick it up later. The room was clean, there's a sink in the room (in the shower/toilet there's no sink), which I find quite useful.

Toilet and shower are shared and located on the floor and have no sink to wash hands. Not very comfortable pillows and the bed had 2 one person size mattresses put together, which is not so comfortable.

Fantastic location 3 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (central train station). Impeccably clean. High quality good smelling clean sheets and comforters. Kind reception.. Excellent WiFi. Good tv with English channels. This hotel is a good value for the money in an expensive city. Reserve with confidence, you won't get disappointed.

We had a room with the sink and shower in the room (no problem at all) - but shared toilet in the hallway. At first I was worried. What I actually found, it wasn't the slightest problem. It was shared by only 4 or 5 rooms, and it was kept immaculately clean. For consideration, If as a tourist you use public bathrooms here and there (as I imagine you do) then this shouldn't be the slightest problem, it's comparable, except that this is more private and much cleaner. The only true concern in my opinion, actually worthy of consideration for some: there is a flight of stairs from the street level entrance to the reception. You have to haul your luggage up there. Be mindful of that.

The hotel is very well located, and it was clean. The breakfast was very nice, considering the price. If noises easily awaken you, this is not your hotel, we are heavy sleepers, so we had no problem.

The room got quite warm, but it was alright. The only small problem was the Wifi for us. We planned a weekend working remotely one day. The internet is very slow, so it was inconvenient for online meetings, but any other regular job using the internet was alright. We are willing to return to it, but next time we will go directly to the WeWork very near it to work if necessary.

I don’t know why it’s got such “bad” reviews. Very friendly staff, very clean and close to the train station. 15€ to bring dog, which is okay. Neighbourhood is what it is, but like a hundred meters away there’s a long restaurant/bar street that’s really nice and vibrant. I would stay here again next time, thanks!

Neighbourhood a few blocks away feels a bit sketchy, but maybe im just getting old?

The excellent treatment of the receptionist. The cleanliness of the facilities in general and the proximity to the train station.

The difficulty to access for people with reduced mobility,

- Room was very bright and airy, very inviting - Location is second to none, with the main train station just a stone's throw away

- The shower in our room was rather amusing, it is literally like a walk-in cabin, with no sight-proof changing room or so. We were three women, but it was still a bit awkward. However, there is a large shared shower room in the building which can be used by all guests.

Fantastic, super-helpful and kind staff at the reception - 2 different people, both among the kindest people out there. FANTASTIC LOCATION - truly 2 min from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof Everything was really clean and tidy, no bad odours, non-smoking rooms, my room was towards a quiet yard. Very practical and felt safe.

Very friendly staff and owner, clean room and facilities, excellent value for money, quiet side street in central area and thick walls so I could take a good rest without sleeping with ear plugs, all on all my first choice when back in Hamburg

The staff is so good and the room is very comfortable and good. They even offer real 24 hours check-out. The location is very good also.

The neighborhood is too doggy and many bad people hangs around on the streets. Just be careful （if you want you can bring a knife to protect yourself，that might be useful somehow）
