Breakfast was exceptional. Reception staff were really helpful, they have provided all the things we need. The room was cleaned every day. Room was cozy and furniture were really clean. The heating in the room was such great that we had to turn the heating down even at nights. The location was really great actually. It was 6-7 mins close to the central station and the bust station. The hotel is on the corner of a main road, so the view is nice.

Night time at that neighborhood only. Some people may not find it great to walk in the streets alone. Nothing unpleasant happened to us while our visit; however, anyone may be uncomfortable about the neighborhood at late.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The staff is friendly. The maids tidy everything up perfectly. Thanks to them.The hotel parking is good and safe. Just expensive.But the prices are similar everywhere.

I didn't like it when I arrived, we got a smoky room. But they changed everything and everything was fine. The hotel is good, but there is constant noise outside the window, people walking on the street, screaming, etc. Suspicious people. However, the windows isolate that sound very well. But then there is not enough air to sleep. There is air conditioning, but unfortunately we get sick from it, it was not an option. In the evening I feel uncomfortable in the nearby streets.

The room was clean and as in the pictures. The decor was good. The staff was friendly. They offer free drinks every day. Reception 24/7. We were able to leave at night. Mini fridge. Cleaning was daily if you wanted.

The hotel is located close to the city center and the main train station but the area was troubled. There were some strange people in the area. You have to be careful especially at night. The bed was quite hard. The restaurant next door, where breakfast is also served, does not follow the allergens listed on the menu. If you have any food allergies, do not eat there.

The Turkish breakfast is very satisfying. Also, the beds are comfortable. The room is clean. The hotel is renovated and looks new inside. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. It's close to the main central train station, so you can jump there and go where you want.

In the mornings, some noises were coming from outside & inside. Some drill machines are working in a room and also, street construction guys were making noise. I had to wake up early for that reason. That was the only issue I had. Other things are all good.

The room is overall great and if you need to be close to the main station- awesome location.

Walking around the neighborhood can be slightly uncomfortable, especially in the night. Nothing related to the hotel though:)

Staff were superfriendly and responsive. It's been a long time since I had a PROPER coffee machine in my room so was happy to see Nespresso pods in the small kitchenette area. Things that could have been a problem were quickly resolved; I had a double bed but a single duvet which they sorted out...I ran out of coffee pods but they brought more up. Always there and always attentive.

The towels were small, but if that's the only thing I could find as a problem then that's already good going. Central Hamburg has a lot of homelessness to it so don't be surprised from Central Station to the hotel to encounter many people asking for money. This is certainly something the Hotel cannot resolve themselves; more of a city challenge

It was not the first time year although the last stay was dated before covid and it was good to see that the level was still the same as before. The rooms are always clean, well equipped and comfortable, the addition of the kitchenette is always a plus and also the fact that there is no carpet. At the reception everyone is always very cordial and professional and they even offer drinks for free, quite unreal in these times. I strongly recommend this place if you need to stay near the train station or the surroundings. The Turkish restaurant at the 1st floor always appreciated.

The Steindamm area is never the best place in Hamburg although rarely dangerous. This hotel is at the verge of the squalor of some of this area but keeps the level up and you don't notice anymore once inside.

The personal was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Beds are in my opinion better than most hotels. Breakfast is good, fresh and enough to choose from. In the erea you will find some bars, restaurants. St. Pauli with a lot of bars etc. is easy to reach by taxi against reasonable prices. (about 15-20€ in May 2024).

Actually, not really anything. It takes a bit of searching/nitpicking, but if anything, a shower door, so that the floor in the bathroom doesn't get so wet. Other than that, nothing comes to mind really.

One big plus of the location is proximity to public transport and a railway station. The staff was welcoming and nice. Hotel itself looks good, facilities are fine. I really liked breakfast here, there were a lot of options, even for vegetarians. Even though the temperature outside was not pleasant, it was still warm inside and duvets were really warm

There was no shower door, so after the shower the whole bathroom floor seemed to be wet. Also, I was looking for something thinking I dropped it on the floor and when I looked under the bed, there was a sock, which did not belong to neither of us.
