Very new hotel, large room, spotlessly clean, large bathrooms ( roughly 2 shared per room ), hot powerful shower., comfortable bed. Location about 10 minutes walk from Main train station so excellent for travel, hop on hop off bus and local buses also depart from there, and the Flix Bus station is next door. Surrounded by takeaways , restaurants and supermarkets in abundance within a few minutes walk. I would caution anyone, particularly lone females to stick to the main street,, Steindamm Strasse where the check in is, at night. There's an unsavoury area, drugs, migrants, prostitutes in a nearby square, which would be best avoided. However the immediate area around the hotel is residential area and appears safe

Locality is good. Bathrooms are kept very clean. Other guests were well behaved. Person who checked us in was super helpful and cordial.

The only complaint we had was that there are a lot of people who talk in foreign language very loudly in late hours. On our second night it went on until 03 in night. All three nights we had problems sleeping due to this very loud talking by several men who gather around that building. Since it is summer, we had to keep our windows open which opens directly where these loud-mouths were every single night. I felt like telling them to shut up; but did not do it for a safety reasons! That's the biggest let down really and should be sorted.

Great location easy to find and so close to the train station had an issue getting in to the place and could not get in to the room reception did not pick up phone or messages it was by chance a cleaner was coming in to the building and sorted it out massive help. The rooms could do with a coffee and tea facilities but apart from that great place

The room was clean and despite the checkin service was a few hundreds away from the place I stayed, everything was OK. The place is very close to the central station and I can confirm that it was a good value for money stay

They had kettle and tea treat on the photos but there were neither a kettle nor a tea gift. But that is not a big deal compering the cleanliness of the room because this is a must for me

They should mention the exact location of where the rooms are. When you check in they have mentioned the details and attached a picture(map) but that is wrong. Just mention that the rooms are next to the club why showing something else on the map?

clean, comfortable snd convenient for the U Bahn station. contrary to other reviews our room was really quiet.

not at the address given when booking or on the confirmation email. we were led to believe we would be staying at Rostockerstrasse 20, when in face the room was at Stiftstrasse 31. Only a few streets away so not a major issue but misleading nonetheless.

The room was freshly painted so there was a little smell of paint, but it looked brand new. It was clean. The sound from the neighbour can be heared a little. The location is in the center and not far from HBf. Though it is a littlr bit shady area. Over all very nice stay.

Very comfortable bed. Shared bathroom and toilets are super neat. Close from the train station. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Supermarket also down the street

Walls a bit thin, you hear other people but it's supportable.

The location is really good, next to Hauptbahnhof and with a little park to relax outside. The workers at the lobby were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in.

The place would be perfect with a kitchen!

Safe, friendly and clean accomodation in the hotelviertel close to the Hauptbahnhof - a nice surprise for a change. If you are "between trains" and searching for a safe, clean and friendly stopover, this is it !
