Room was alright, but on the small side and with some odd design choices. Best thing about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, simply everything you could wish for. A vegetarian station with a changing selection of grilled or marinated veggies daily, and a a frittata in addition to scrambled eggs. The restaurant, in general, had high quality food and great staff - but it must be said that the menu is very small and is also overpriced.

While it may have been just the location of my room by the elevators, it should be noted that the average speed of the Wi-fi was only 5-6 mbps. Not really fast enough considering the price point of the hotel. I had to use my phone as a hotspot on occasion.

We had an awesome stay! The breakfast offered a great variety. I especially enjoyed the fresh greens and sections, while my daughter was fascinated by the pancake maker. Our room was spacious, and I truly appreciated the 'powerful' iron and ironing board, ready to use without needing to call reception. The location is excellent: close enough to the central station for easy access, but far enough from the less pleasant areas. A bonus is having a Kaufland store just across the road for any shopping needs. Highly recommended!

The location was great - walking distance from HBF and walking distance to ZOB, buses and UBahn. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, great bed and bathroom was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I can definitely recommend the king room to a couple. The facilities of the hotel were also very nice.

On the first morning, housekeeping entered the room (we didn't hear them knock) at 8 am, so we recommend locking the door. We would have also liked to have robes and slippers for the sauna/solarium. They do provide them only on request, which we didn't know so didn't get 😕

window view from my room at the 5th floor, saw some blond hairs on the clean towel, met one silver fish climbing to the wall, used coffee cup was not replaced/cleaned. no complementary water bottle.

This is a fresh and modern hotel. The rooms are spacious with excellent bathroom facilities. There is a good standard of sound proofing. The restaurant provides a decent breakfast.

Surprisingly, the faucet over the bathroom sink was fixed in a position when it (partly) flowed straight onto the floor. It would also be preferable if an option of an additional duvet (bed covering) was stored in the wardrobe of every room. The first night I felt cold and had to ask for a duvet - one did arrive but this was for a small single bed.

It was quiet and I did enjoy that. There was a problem with my breakfast due to booking.com not doing things right but the staff were lovely and u derstwnding. On our first day of arrieved we were welcomed by a young lady and she was lovely at writing down places for us to visit. The hotel was nice and costumer service good. I loved the touch when I was going out of my room on Friday morning and found that we had a chocolate Santa left by our door and every single door! This was lovely. I appreciated also the vegan choice of breakfast.

Bathroom, needs a bit of updating with the shower as it splashes the water everywhere… The vent for humidity wasnt working, therefore there was a lot of steam around. The bedsheets right at the end bottom of the bed, had 2 stains which they should has got rid of that bedsheet as it’s not very nice to see the stains, I know they were small but still I did not expect that. Was a bit disappointing not having bedroom slippers as most hotels offer that. It’s a shame about the location due to the high number of drug using around and across the road from the hotel, not your fault but it’s a bit intimidating and impossible to not feel scared,,,

I don't mind no view, but the small and emphasised small courtyard had little daylight coming to lower floors, room was on 2nd floor and little sunlight to light room. Every morning, workmen drilling above room. Offered the last day before departure to be moved on a five day stay. Noticed everyone else was staying in rooms down other corridors on the 2nd floor away from work. Staff was happy to help, but room allocation there was no thought put into maintenance in the hotel andcrooms in the vicinity

The room was very clean, staff were very friendly. The breakfast was exceeding expectations as there were a lot of choices and even though it was crowded and we arrived later during breakfast hours there was no feeling they were running out of foods.

The price for parking costed 30 euros. The restaurant was closed so we had to find one in the neighbourhood. Many restaurants, all halal, just something to consider.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms. Good size. Good amenities in the room - shampoo and shower gel, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, air con, smart TV. Quick check-in and check-out. Pleasant reception staff. Short walk to Hamburg Central Station and main Bus station.

Uncomfortable sofa bed. The adjacent area of St George and near the central station are not nice parts of Hamburg. A lot of homeless people and drug addicts on the streets. At times it did not feel safe, especially at night. Not advisable for couples or families.
