The guys at the front desk super friendly and available at all times. I think It is run by a family because I felt like I'm in a family rather than a hostel. They clean every day, there is a kitchen full equipment that you can use, a fridge that they make available to you, A coffee dispenser, free tea.The room is quite spacious and clean. They give you sheets but not towels. Shared bathrooms quite clean. The location is unbeatable, it is close to metro, bus and 10 minutes walk from the center. There are several food places and a supermarket within a 3-minute walk

The entrance to the hostel is not marked by any sign, it is a bit difficult to found. (It's next to the supermarket)

The women's dorm and bathroom were clean and light with big windows. The bed was comfortable enough and bed linen clean. There were table and vanity in the room, as well as small cupboard with no lock. In info there were locked little space. There was tea and coffee machine too. Elevator to get in the 2nd floor. The staff was friendly. The location was best in this place, right next to metro stop and close to city center. Great for one night stay, wouldn't stay for whole holiday.

The place was quite worn out and it was a bit odd the main door was almost open. No towels included in the stay.

I had the feeling I was staying at someone's home. The place was small but it didn't feel too small. It was clean and the kitchen seemed to have all the necessities. The bed was soft, I liked it but my back did not agree. The metro station was right in front of the place but you could also walk to the city center. There was a grocery store and restaurants close by too. They got me in an all female dorm even tho I paid for a mixed one. That was awesome.

The pillow was weird. It was huge and really flat and floppy. The room was hot but the fan helped a bit. The weather wasn't so hot when I was staying so it cooled down pretty good but in hotter times it might be awful. There is a door in front of the building to get in but there aren't really any signs outside so I walked all the way to the other side because maps showed it to me like that. I could get inside from the back too but it was an unnecessary walk.

Low Price for Summer Season. Friendly and helpful host(s) Free Water Free Locker for personal stuff elevator in the Building so it's easy to pack all ur things upstairs. In the 8 Bed Room was also a table with chairs and a bin. Next to every bed is one Power outlet and a small basket for ur personal things. Easy to get there with S-Bahn or the Underground Possibility to store own food or drinks in the refrigerator in the kitchen. Definitely wanna come again , when I visit Hamburg

The bed I had was a little bit loud when I moved but that's normal in Hostels I guess 😀 The noises in the night could disturb (Traffic,etc.) But for me it was okay

The location is very good. Right in front of the Berliner Tor Station. Not as loud as I was afraid of. The room was okay for the price. I only used the bathroom either quite early in the morning or before it got busy at night, so all and all clean and wasn’t uncomfortable. The toilet was kinda smelly, but nothing horrifying.

The bathroom only has one single hook behind the door. So be prepared and creative about putting your belongings (clothes, towel, roomkey etc) in the shower.

Shared bathroom was clean, staff were very friendly. Google Maps does not take you to the main entrance, it will bring you to the parking lot behind. You can get buzzed in though. Reception is level 2, hostel on level 3. The Berliner Tor train stop is right outside. Lots of food and grocery options. Very quiet, suuuper budget friendly, great for all of us leaving at different times. We had a shared bunk room for 5 adults.

The location is great and esay to access from all the city by public transport. Directly located at Berliner Tor - 1 stop from the main train station Hbf. There is a Kebap Store directly next to the door and asian Supermarket. Great view to the S-Bahn and city! Nice stuff, smooth check in and late check out which makes a one night stay really comfortable.

I Booked for a mixed dorm for the one night, I arrived really early and didn’t expect to be allowed to check in. The staff were very friendly and helpful and let me check in early and moved me to a female dormitory out of kindness. Thank you very much, I enjoyed Hamburg twice as much because of you guys

There was a whole fish in the skin, but it disappeared and hour later lol 😅 The kitchen very nice

This is was just the perfect arrangment for my short stay in Hamburg. The hostel is perfectly located and extremely accessible. I was also extremely happy with the staff. I arrived late at the airport and they welcomed me outside of check-in hours. Excellent communication! Furthermore, during my stroll around the city I manage to leave my luggages at the hostel with no extra cost. I would considering staying here again if I was to travel to Hamburg.

Staff amazed me. Were incredibly helpful with my flights moving and cancelling on me constantly, changes of plans, and allowing my friend to check in with my information. They stayed up late so that we wouldn't be stranded without our room, and I'm incredibly thankful for their effort.

There were some spider webs in corners of the room, and my partner said that the showers had hair in the drains. Could use more pillows if possible to request or an extra charge for one. But other than that, it felt great.
