The hotel is located close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, but there are almost no food outlets nearby. The room is clean and has all the amenities. Despite the railway line and construction right opposite the window, with the windows closed you can hardly hear any noise. There is also good sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor. Self check-in kiosks and no need to check-out. The staff is friendly. Cleaning almost every day at a convenient time.

The coffee vending machine in the rest area was broken at least for a week. You can't control the AC temperature, the only option is 25°. The creepiest place in the city (August-Bebel-Park) is on the way from the city center to the hotel, try to avoid it, especially at night 😂

The room was clean and the check-in was fast. No check-out formalities. Did not interract much with the staff because we did not need to.

in the room there were 5 big books about how/why to save the planet, and also some brochures in this subject- seems to me that too many trees got cut down to raise awareness on the subject of saving the planet. We have internet for that information.

The location is very convenient, it's not too far from the centre, walkable distance and has some good public transport connections nearby. The rooms have good insulation from the noise outside. Decent breakfast. Very spacious and easy parking garage. The AC worked well to keep the room cool in the heat. Good water pressure in the shower.

The pillows are very flat, not the most comfortable to sleep on. You can still hear the people in the hallway and doors opening (couldn't hear other rooms though).

Convenient location for travelling. Especially from Airport and Messe events. Staff friendly and breakfast good value.

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Aircon/heating is centrally controlled so had to sleep with window open which is not great near the railway. I was too tired to mind but if I'd been sleeping light then it could have been an issue.

Staff was friendly and able to check us in early. Nice selection of drinks at the front desk. It was a hot day and a cool room felt wonderful.

We were using public transit and the Berliner Tor station which is nearest to the hotel was under renovation and a maze of steps. Not the hotel's fault but something to be aware of.

Hotel was very clean and up-to-date

Only two very soft pillows, two single duvets for a double bed. Should have provide two soft and two medium pillows and double duvet. No tea or coffee options in room. AC was not working and unable to close the window

- despite despite the room was quite basic the bed was comfortable - location - close to U-Bahn and S-Bahn station, so you can easily and quickly get to different parts of the city - self check-in kiosks - no need to check-out - rich selection of products for a breakfast

- it was quite dark in the shower

Very tasty breakfast, lots of variety. Location is pretty good, about 30 min walk to downtown and public transport stop is nearby

There could be more racks on the walls to hang your clothes or towels.

The hotel room is spacious and well-appointed, providing all necessary amenities.

The location wasn't ideal. City center is walkable, but the area around the central station felt unsafe at night – definitely wouldn't recommend solo walks there.

Decent location. Staff were really helpful. Room was clean. In my opinion breakfast was exceptional for fifteen euros.

Even though location is okay there was some construction works around it when we stayed. So it was bit of a challenge to access to subway through stairs. They would be better off with firm pillows.
