It is a simple hotel with good facilities and not so far from the city center. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had a nice bathtub. The bed was comfortable, and there was a fan in the room, which helped keep it fresh without needing the AC.

We messaged the property through booking.com, and they never answered, even after we insisted. Then, when we got to the hotel a bit late at night, the receptionist couldn't speak good English, which didn't make the check-in experience pleasant. The breakfast was expensive, so we chose not to pay for it.

Would definitely recommend to stay here. Great location, it was easy to get to the city center, also was surprised by breakfast, it was unexpectedly reach. Also big thanks to gentlemen serving breakfast, always helpful and friendly!

Very clean; I was in February - and the heating was great, it was really warm in the room. Friendly employees, sparking German and English. Close to bus station

Maybe the area in general is not the best, but there is a bus station just in front of the hotel, so it’s very easy to get to city center.

The location is central and there are 2 bus stops close by. Small but very comfortable room. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. Very good coffee in the lobby.

The shower in the room is a bit awkward, but ok.

I already stayed here for a night a year ago and booked this hotel again this time because it was surprisingly quiet at night, the staff was super nice and my room was very cosy. I had the same experience this time around :)

They seem to have raised the prices (or at least for the particular room I had this and last year).

We had smoking smell in our bathroom and despite our complaints nothing was done as the hotel was fully booked. No fridge in the rooms and mattress a little too soft for my taste.

Location rather far from city centre and there were many works in the area, so you could not count on the bus, had to walk 15-20 min. to the nearest metro station.

It was a decent hotel for its price in Hamburg. The breakfast was very good.

I was requesting a bath in a room but didn’t get it though it was said on Booking that room will be equipped with it.

The room is clean, comfortable, had all the necessary accessories. We were quickly checked in and the location of the hotel is quite convenient
