The staff was very polite during check-in and provided us with all the necessary information. The apartment is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a few days' stay, including a fully stocked kitchen. On the same floor, there is also a room where you can get any necessary supplies, such as extra towels if needed. The temperature in the apartment was comfortable, even though it was relatively cold outside. The cleanliness was well maintained. The apartment is located about a 10-minute walk from public transportation (U1 and U3 lines), and there is a bakery, a café, and two restaurants nearby.

As mentioned in other reviews, the bed is a real issue when it comes to getting a good night's rest. Not only is the mattress quite uncomfortable, but it's definitely not suitable for two people.

The flat was self catering which is my preference. The kitchen was good. I was welcomed by the manager Johanna who was extremely helpful and pleasant. She helped me with queries about the facilities and WIFI connections. Her help made the stay truly wonderful. In cold weather the hotel was warm, which suited me well.

All fittings in the hotel seemed to have been purchased on a lowest cost basis and were often less effective for it. The kitchen and bathroom lacked storage. For instance the shower had no place for soap or shampoo. There was one small shelf over the sink. Even for one person staying a single week. The kitchen had a cooker with burner controls built into the surface. They were difficult to see and use and dangerous in the event of a hot spill.

Our apartement was quite spacious, clean, and bright. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious, the bed was quite big for 2 of us and fortunatelly it didn't creaked. A family with a baby got the apartment next door, we saw their baby carriege on the corridor when we arrived. We were afraid of the baby would cry loudly, but the sound-proofing was perfect, we heard nothing. Bravo! We had a view to Hamburg on level 6, it was also great. We didn't make a breakfast by ourselves, but found some good places nearby the building to have it. We used the public transport, we had to walk just 7 min to closest underground station. What can I say? We really loved to spend four nights there. We would book there again next time.

There were no disturbing things.

The location. The spacious room and big bathroom. The room had lots of light and was very warm (actually a bit too warm, but I opened the windows and turned off the heat as soon as I arrived). The dining table/desk was great too.

I think it was a bit too warm inside the building, but I think that was due to the fact that it was chilly outside and the heat was on. I turned it off in my apartment and from then on it was perfect.

The size of the suite is good and the kitchenette is well equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom has heated floor. It was slightly chilly in the main room so having the heater in it could be helpful. There is a laundry in the basement which is perfect. The lady from reception was so friendly and helpful and the location of the apartment is good - about 8 minutes by foot from the metro station and with cozy Cafe around the corner.

The location is very convenient for exploring Hamburg. The property is very quiet and bright. The staff was very friendly and quiet. Nice layout of the room.

1. I can only get an access code after 3 pm. It requires access to the internet while traveling. because of high roaming charges abroad, I tend not to have internet outside the hotel or airports. I landed before 3 pm on a holiday and struggled to get to the access code for the house. 2. all seating is uncomfortable, not supporting the back. I got back pain from them. I am looking for a property for longer stays. Unless there are better chairs will not do so

Both the room and the bathroom were large and the room overlooked some trees. We also had direct sun light during the day. The location is very convenient, with bus and metro nearby. The hotel is on a quiet street but close to a busy one, with restaurants, shops and a bakery. All access is via codes though we met the staff on the arrival day and they were helpful.

Everything went fine but the bed is a little short for tall people. Also, despite there being plenty of space in the room and the room being for 2 people, there is only one armchair so the other person has to sit on one of the chairs at the dining table. It's a minor detail though.

The room was spacious and clean. Everything felt fresh and organized. Nothing felt out of place.

I didn't know there was a laundry room downstairs, which we happened upon eventually. I didn't know we had access to cleaning supplies/refills on the same floor. There was a loud neighbour I had to personally tell to reduce his noise, which I luckily could because I spoke German.

The place is very clean. My room was very bright and clean. The WiFi worked well and the check in and out was very quick and easy

There was no mirror in the room. Only the high one in the bathroom. There was no full length mirror anywhere in the building from what I could see. On the last night the people in the room below me played incredibly loud music until well after 2am

Perfect apartment for self catering with comfortable bed and dish washer. Wifi strong, washing machine and dryer in the basement for 1 Euro. Easy parking on the street. No noise issues. Supermarket in 15 minute walking distance, mini market 5 minutes, subway 8 minutes and some restaurants and a bakery in the neighborhood.
