The room is big and the bathroom is big. The cleanliness is good. However, I had a problem with parking. Free parking is not always available. The hotel seems a bit old. But the value for the price is great.

The u bahn (at Mundsburg) is only a ten minutes walk, so the public transport connection is quite good. The parking with car close to the hotel is possible and not too expensive.

A little bit noisy, the windows are not too good for noise canceling.

I loved that it was very neat and the atmosphere was welcoming. There was little to no noise, even though it is situated on a busy road and also the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof is also a plus. It was a girl trip and Milano hotel made our stay very comfortable. Also there’s a buffet spot right beside the hotel and places to shop and eat in the vicinity.

I loved absolutely everything.

This is a "just a room" hotel - no reception, no breakfast, no elevator (3 floors). However, just a room is all we need most of the times, and I enjoyed my stay there. The room must have been recently renovated, so it looked nice and modern. It was clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. WiFi signal good and free. Large bathroom with hot water and excellent shower head. Hotel location is very good, with a 5-minute walk to the Mundsburg train station, and generally it's on a safe and quiet main street.

Would have been nice if there was a bottle of water (or two) in the room.

There is no reception desk, but there is someone around (not speaking English). You have to call hotel phone on your arrival to get someone to let you check in. There was no breakfast. Also, you can connect to hotel Wifi, but there is no internet there, be ready to use your mobile internet. TV power plug was broken and "fixed" with cheap plastic scotch, I prefer not to touch this at all...
