The apartment was cute, comfy, quiet, and spacious. Having a 1 and 1/2 baths was very nice as a family of four. The rain shower was also very nice. Literally next to the U3, making it super easy to get downtown.

Check-in seemed to be a recurring problem for those traveling from outside of Germany. There was no way to get into the building or contact the property outside of email (and waiting for a response). The people right before us had issues, we had issues (and had to have someone call the property for us) and someone that was trying to check-in right after us (coming from Japan). After a long flight and exhaustion, it would be nice to have a smoother way into the apartment. We stayed for a very long time, and there was no refreshing of towels or toiletries without an additional charge. The laundromat is located outside the building and down the street. I was under the impression the apartment had a washer and was disappointed that was not the case.

Location is great. U3 station Dehnhaide is 2 minute away from apartment. Store (Penny) is also 2 minutes away from apartment. There is enaugh restoran in the neighborhood. Apartment is big enaugh fro 4 people, and is well equipet. The instructions were on-line and very clear and precise.

We had a little trouble getting into the building, as the electronic key was inside the building, but everything else went smoothly.

Location is perfect, its right near the Dehnhaide station. Everywhere was so accessible using the metro line. Markets were really near. Even though it was near the metro station the area and the building was really safe. Flat itself was enough for 4 people. However, it would be better if the couch was bigger. Although I was worried because of the previous comments our check-in process was very smooth. Home appliances were enough as well. Overall, we were pleased with this stay and would love to stay again.

Very modern, nice, clean and comfortable place. Easy check in/check out. The place has everything it needs apart from a washing machine (not sure if there is any in the building). I have booked the studio and having access to the balcony was amazing. They are very responsive through the messages. You also have the option to book a late check out, towel replacement or a deep cleaning.

Not necessarily things I didn’t like but it would’ve been nice: - to have one bottle of water in the room (I arrived on Christmas Eve, and everything was closed by the time I got there, and I had to then find a place from where I could get some water); an air freshener for the toilet and a cleaning solution for the bathroom (for a day it is alright, but when you stay a few days, these would be helpful) - to have showers checked; mine was clogged with hair from previous customers and my bathroom got flooded 🫣 Luckily someone from the staff was there on Christmas Day and came with a wiper.

The apartment was super nice, modern and well-equipped. The check-in and check-out website works well, but there are also members of staff on site during some hours of the day. It's located in a suburban area that is nice though not particularly interesting, but it's right next to the U3 metro line, which takes you to the city centre in 10-15 min. We had problems with the WiFi when we arrived (it connected but didn't really work in any of our devices), but we wrote an email to the reception the next morning and they sent a technician straight away. He solved the problem on the spot and it worked well after that. We were impressed by how quickly this issue was resolved!

The apartment is newly renovated, very spacious, quiet, sparkling clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. Check in and out went smoothly. It is literally situated next to the Denhaide U-bahn station which makes access from (and to) the airport (S-bahn + U-bahn) or the central train station very easy. The same U-bahn takes you downtown in a couple of minutes. One of the best stays ever. I cannot recommend more.

Very nice and modern apartment. It was clean and in great condition. Location right next to the metro and downstairs just outside is a supermarket. Also, close to the large Hamburger Meile shopping mall.

It took a while to get the code to the apartment. The link they sent us was stripped out by the booking.com messaging system. I kept explaining but they didn't get it. Eventually got the code via phone when I called them.

The location was great, very conveniently located, near a metro station, grocery store and very close from a shopping mall.

They were building a huge project right in front our balcony, so I would have appreciate if they would us notify us thru the page ahead of time or giving us a discount rate for putting up with such a noise since 7 am Monday thru Friday. But that was the only issue. Next time I visit I would make sure that the building is finished. But definitively a great place to stay!

Unfortunately, the quality of customer service is well below the standard we expect from a property of this caliber. A simple request for an invoice has turned into a time-consuming and frustrating process. Not only was there a significant delay, but the invoice was also sent to the wrong address. As a result, I’m currently unable to process my reimbursement—purely due to their failure to handle a basic administrative task properly. This level of service is simply unacceptable.

We like everything:) Before trip I received all information I needed and they organized that there were 2 single beds in one of the rooms. Receptionist was very kind and there were possibility to enter apartment some 15 minutes before time. We had electronic keys( cards) for each member of family - it is convenient( in some hotels they give only one or max 2 for all family). Location is good- near train ( and it is quiet, no disturbing sound of train!), convenient to come from airport or go to center of Hamburg). There is food shop Penny and some caffes near apartments. 2 separate rooms, a lot of space for 4 persons family, good shower, nice terrace ( I choose room with terrace). Good place to stay and explore Hamburg. Definitely choose it again!

In one of bedroom window is without possibility to be open- but for us it was not a problem at all.
