Nice property in a good location. Close to transport links which in Hamburg are great. Warm and comfortable. We got sheets changed and towels refreshed after two nights and we weren't expecting it. Very good windows and curtains kept out the traffic noise and light .

Property looking a little tired in places ( loose light fitting, one bulb out, damaged kettle spout). Given two years of Covid though I'm sure it's just because there has been less travelling recently so less income to spend on such things. We did not know where the apartment was and it turned out to be on the top (4th ) floor. My wife has poor mobility so it was a bit tricky managing all the steps, there is no lift.

Very nice, friendly & helpful staff, especially Ali who let us have choices on the rooms and kindly advise on getting around the area.

The room is only cleaned once when coming to stay till end of trip. So for long stay, dust/dirt collected. Ok if only few days.

Not only was the accomodation comfortable, nice, clean and for good money but we appreciated most the easy self check in as we arrived late night.

A walk to train station. Good size room.

Nice bedroom, great price range

The kitchen and bathroom were not on par with the bedroom. Had problems checking in, since the keys were not in place and took me an hour before I reached the reception on the telephone number

The kitchen setup was perfect for our short trip. Everything worked fine too.

The location was the only thing I would complain about. Since it wa so loud at night we had to keep the windows closed. If having to do so, it would be great to have an option of an AC.

There were two rather spacious rooms, small but functional kitchen and small bathroom. The location is not bad. It is situated not far from big transport station Barmbek. The staff didn't describe exact place were I could park my car. I parked it nearby on the street (at Pfenningsbusch 37-27) and there weren't any problems.

Photos didn't correspond to real apartments. Sound insolation is bad and you can hear neighbors. My wife complained about smoke smell. TV in one room didn't work (it had some malfunction with screen)

The photos of the room advertised on booking.com bear absolutely no resemblance to the room I was given. There was limited availability in Hamburg and hotels were priced accordingly, but despite the price of Euro500 for 1 night I chose Boarding House Mundsburg because of the photos - The room/bed looked OK/nice and I was only staying 1 night on business. It definitely wasn't ok and certainly not for Euro500 night! That is plain and simply false advertising and I will not be using Booking.com in the future.

That wasn’t the room I book . I was given a dirty room which is not qualify to be that amount of money
