The location of the hotel is great. You are 3 minutes away from a metro station that does about 20 minutes to the center (direct metro), about 5 minutes away from a pretty decent Aldi store and you are about 20 minutes away from airport metro station with one change. As a bonus, near the metro station there is a good kebab store. The neighbourhood felt pretty safe day and night. The room had decent sound proofing and the beds were very confortable and big enough. Cleaning was done every day. Based on the prices I have seen for Hamburg, this hotel is great value: it is very clean, confortable, has great connection with the city and it is cheap enough. It also has self check-in and the access to room is via code, which is fantastic. The hotel has its own pretty big parking lot.

The main downside is that the room is extremely small. The bathroom is decent in size, but the room itself is very small with little storage space and no refrigerator.

Very large family room which easily accomodated all 4 of us and even had a table for four to have a snack at. Room is newly furnished.

Hotel is far away from downtown - some 25 mins by car on a weekday afternoon so maybe not ideal for city exploration. Parking price and electeic charging cost not communicared by hotel. There are 10 22kw electric chargers available which, however, are quite expensive - same price as fast chargers on highway so in the end not a real option. Other than that, jotel offers very good price/quality ratio esp..for a one-night stopover.

The hotel is surrounded by a natural fence that leaves a nice impression and reduces the noise from the busy road on which it is located. Right at the entrance to the hotel, there is parking, and behind the hotel is a large football field, which also looks nice and well-maintained. We would especially highlight that Uban is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, which is a great advantage in a city like Hamburg, and approximately half an hour's walk away is the city park, which is large and beautiful. Breakfast was available for 13 EUR, the rooms were clean, and the staff was unobtrusive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

We rented a family room, which was the most expensive and had the highest number of beds - 4. Initially, Booking.com didn't allow us to reserve all 4 beds because the maximum for reservation has been set at 3, but through direct communication with the hotel, we clarified that two adults and two children were coming, as stated in the room description. The room was very small, literally impossible to put suitcases on the floor; they had to be pushed under the beds, and two people couldn't pass each other when walking past the beds. The closets didn't have enough capacity to store our belongings, so we kept our things in suitcases throughout the entire multi-day stay.

Generally very quiet, clean and comfy bed, excellent breakfast, great central location for transport - U-Bahn station Habichtstrasse (U3) is 5 minutes on foot.

Super clean and very new Hotel. Very friendly staff. Would stay here anytime again. It's a bit further out from the city center. Walking distance to a U bahn station. It's a fantastic hotel. The breakfast area and offer looked so good. I would try it next time

I had to be in the this area but to visit the classic Hamburg sights it's maybe a bit outside. There was a very huge soccer field right in front of my window. It could be noisy and also constant whistle during training.

Our overnight stay in this hotel was quite pleasant in a clean room with a good breakfast to start the day. One other pleasing thing that has to be mentioned is that parking in front of the hotel was free of charge (for the available parking lots).

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the nearest station. Store also nearby for groceries. Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in and check-out process very smooth. Location was good. U-bahn station Habichtstrasse is close and you can easily get from there into the center of the city.
