The room was spacious, the bathroom was very small, but very well designed, with particularly good lighting compared to the vast majority of hotel bathrooms; there must have been a ventilation in there (as steam and odours never lingered), but so silent we didn't take notice. Very important for us: the heating was perfect, as there were large radiators and we could adjust them to our need. The windows were quite large (if one goes there for work, I think this is very important), but the curtains did their job well in the morning. The reception staff are nice ald helpful.

The fact that tap water was running with a sensor and its cycle was too short: if you as much as get your hand away to add some soap (about 2 seconds), it stops.

The staff were amazing 👏 very friendly and welcoming! Malony, if you're reading this, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you're such an amazing soul..💖 The location of the hotel was relatively close to everywhere! No hassle whatsoever 👌 public transportation was very frequent and easy to get to wherever we wanted to visit. Hamburg is my place to go. Thanks to all the staff members; Latts, Aman and Malony. Sorry if I've butchered your names😬🤭see you again mates!

The kindness of the staff members!

Good value for money, quiet location, 5 minutes to the metro, supermarket and cafe. Expensive breakfast, you can have a normal breakfast for half the price in a cafe nearby.

The bathroom is quite large, but for some reason the shower stall is tiny, in which even an average-sized person feels very cramped. There is no kettle or fridge. There is a coffee machine, but the capsules cost 1 euro.

it was very clean, the beds were comfy, the room itself was good size, check in and checkout was easy, coffee machine in our room (1 euro), it was quiet and we had a parking's pace

maybe the space between the toilet and wall is a little too short (it's really a luxury problem) but the bathroom is pretty tiny. for one night it was good I don't know if we would do that for a week (I used 0.6x zoom at the photo)

I liked the location of this hotel. The Stadtpark is so beautiful and so close. Also the city center is a couple of stations away with U3 line. Breakfast was very delicious. Also, there are lockers next to the reception you can use in case you want to put all your baggage and explore the city during the check-out day.

The bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable, legs are kind of stuck between toilet seat and the heating system, when you are sitting. But except that everything was fine.

Room was very big, clean and with every comfort. Free parking is limitedly available on the street.

Shower was really small, although there would have been space in the bathroom for a bigger one. The area is residential and quiet, but it takes half an hour with public transport to get to the city centre.

A friendly and quiet neighborhood close to the metro station. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception was efficient and constructive. I enjoyed my stay.

Wifi connection was very bad - I could not make a video call and even sending emails was sometimes problematic. Elevator did not work. Once I came back in the evening the door of my room was opened. Everything in the room was okay, but I didn't like that the door was not closed (the cleaning lady must have left it open).

Well furnished nice room. Nice staff. Flawless internet. Great (if expensive) breakfast. I particularly like the location of this place in a nice residential area with canals and bridges and close to the city park. Good public transport links, around 20 minutes to centre.

Bathroom was very tight.

I enjoyed the quietness of the location. No through traffic. Despite the rather remote location, there was quick access to the center of Hamburg by the U3 train just around the corner. Since I brought my bike to HH with me, I especially enjoyed the location right next to the Stadtpark. It was a pleasure to bike through this wonderful park, along the Außenelster into the heart of the city.

I have no complaints - the only thing that did bother me a little, was that when it was sunny, the room would get very warm. Usually this isn't an issue in Germany - this summer was one of those exceptions.

The staff was ver nice and helpful. The room was very nice and clean as well, and very cozy. When we left in the moring there was a jar of marmelade outside the door which was vrry nice.

There really wasn't much we didn't enjoy, but maybe be aware that some bathrooms can be a bit cramped. Still very lovely though.
