The apartment was clean and comfortable. Although it was a single-room apartment, we had enough space as a family of four. The children slept on a sofa bed which had already been comfortably made for sleeping as we arrived. The bathroom was spacious enough, especially the walk-in shower. The kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, a small fridge, a kettle and a small Nespresso coffee machine, coffee capsules, small packets of sugar, salt and pepper and small packets of coffee cream. When we ran out of kitchen or bathroom supplies, we could go to the room in the basement where we could take extra supplies. All the entrances at the faciloties open automatically by a unique pin code we received before the time of arrival so we didn't have to worry about the key. There is a bus station a five-minutes' and an S-Bahn station 10-15 minutes' walk from the apartment. There is also a small bakery coffee shop in a beautiful brick block-of-flats neighbourhood five-minutes' walk from Numa building.

Although the offer for breakfast is versatile, it was a bit too pricy, namely 18 euros per person.

I loved my stay at Numa. After an initial hick up with my room, I got instant help via WhatsApp and moved to another available room. If you are used to be independent and not rely on 24/7 reception, this is a dream place. You are your own boss here. Little kitchenette in the room ensures a comfortable stay, so you can take care of your own meals. The temperature in the room was perfect and mattress and pillows - comfortable! Tea and essentials, like towels, are available to restock at any point. Also, recycling downstairs is a nice addition for all environmentally conscious. Especially appreciated the opportunity to leave my luggage in a locker—and my oh my—they were large enough (which is not common).

The only disappointment was a non-functioning second elevator that was off for all 4 days of my stay. Pretty inconvenient for a hotel of this size with these many rooms on 11 floors.

Family of four, we stayed for 2 nights in Hamburg at Numa Hamburg Fore. The studio had everything that we needed. It was comfortable and well equipped. The coffee and tea were great! The studio has a double size bed and an extensible couch. Very close to the subway and bus stations, within 30 mins distance from Hamburg center, via subway. There is a restaurant on the ground floor and shops nearby. It was perfect for our needs. The communication on WhatsApp for the different moments of our traveling journey, the instant answers, and the reminders for check-in/check out details were highly appreciated! Numa is a well organised accommodation. All communication is digital, but it works perfectly. We booked a studio with kitchenette and it was a perfect choice for us. The studio was well equipped and kitchen can serve for breakfasts or light meals. Bed is very comfortable and the whole unit is very clean. A bonus for us was that we were located on the 11th floor in a corner that had a view on almost all Hamburg so we enjoyed New Year s fireworks from the city! Numa is conveniently placed 8 min on foot from S-bahn.

Sofa bed is rather uncomfortable to sleep on, even for kids.

The room was very comfy and the facilities were good. There was even complimentary tea, coffee and sugar in the kitchenette, among other things, which was very nice because I have usually struggled in the past, in other hotels, to find the right capsules for the coffee machine in the room. I would definitely use Numa again on my next trips.

Even though the kitchen was quite well-equipped (better than many other similar facilities I've used in the past), there could've been a couple more things, such as a cutting board and a big bowl. It was somewhat difficult to contact customer support when trying to extend our stay, as the call was cut off several times. At other times, however, we received replies on WhatsApp quite fast.

Nice and well thought-out room design. Easy access and request handling via app. All information at hand at every time. Location is easy to reach via public transport. Room and facilities in general are fine. We usually enjoy sleeping long at numa, which is possible as you can easily book a late checkout. Also the drapes allow the room to be completely darkened. Thank you for that!

It's a pity that there are far too few food options nearby. There is a pretty small bar or restaurant-like place in the hotel, but it's neither cozy nor does it serve a lot of food options. In fact, the latter are very limited. Also it was closed for breakfast completely. Unfortunately no great places to have a meal or grocery shops to buy some food in the close neighborhood. And there is one small thing I always miss: Please please offer some big mugs for tea or coffee in your kitchen equipment. <3 Especially in winter the stylish but tiny cups are not the best option to start or end a day.

Spacious room with a reasonably equipped kitchen area (including complimentary coffee and tea) and a small seating area. The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is a 5min walk from the Rübekamp train stop on the S1 line, which directly connects to the airport and the main train station. There is also a bus stop nearby which runs to the Alsterdorf U1 subway stop. The hotel is surrounded by office building towers inside of a pretty park area. There is a simple restaurant on the ground floor which also serves breakfast. Alternatively, there are a couple of bakeries in walking distance. There are plenty of car-sharing vehicles parked on the surrounding streets

This is a "zero-service" hotel. There is no reception or local staff. You will need to perform the entire check-in/check-out procedure online, including uploading pictures of your documents. The room did not get any clean-up during the stay

We had a fantastic stay at an apartment in Hamburg, located in the City Nord district. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with all the basic amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects was the convenient proximity to public transport, which made exploring Hamburg effortless, plus it was the main line to the city center and the airport! The online check-in process was straightforward, with clear and helpful guidelines provided. Access to the apartment was seamless, and we appreciated the ongoing updates and communication via WhatsApp—it kept us informed and added a personal touch to our experience. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and overall, we highly recommend staying here. It’s a great choice for anyone visiting Hamburg!

The apartment is quite modern, and it was clean overall. Bed was soft and comfortable. Floor it the bathroom is heated. TV has an option to connect to your phone and mirror the screen, and Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. Also, we were lucky to live on the 11th floor, so the view was good too. Area where the apartment is located feels very safe. Everything - grocery shop, huge park and a train station - is about 20 minutes of walking. And I liked that you don’t need to communicate with anyone at all - just enter the given PIN code.

It was stinky in the douche. Either it was the odor of canalisation coming up or bad water. This is the only thing that worsened our experience.
