Easy access to public transport as being close to the station.Good location, close to some grocery shopping a Lidl is very close by the hotel.The breakfast was also of very good quality and had a good range of options and Breakfast available from 6:00 O’clock.Helped me early check out for morning flight.The hotel was very clean and Staff was really exceptionally friendly. parking also available.All in all,a pleasant stay.we’ll definitely come back when we get the chance .

I asked for the receipt in the afternoon to check out quick in the morning due to an early flight, they said it will be quick in the morning no worry. In the morning was the women on the desk also in charge for the breakfest I guess because at both locations noone was seen and there is no bell to ring. I asked for the receipt and was charged for two person breakfast. I asked that I was traveling alone and they told me that since I booked a two person room (one person booking via booking.com) I get charged two times for breakfast. I said that this is not correct, but I had no time for a longer discussion. The rest was really fine so 4 Stars are right in my opinion but this seems a little bit scammy.

I had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home.The room was spotless and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The amenities were top-notch, delicious breakfast included.The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions with public transport furthermore Lufthansa , Airport walkable and by taxi 3-4 min.I highly recommend Hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway In addition a working purposes.

It is my second time staying at Denbu Hotel, I like the fact that you can easily walk there from the Airport, which is great if you're looking for something near the airport. The hotel is pretty good, rooms are nice and spacious enough, there is a table where you can work/study, and also a TV. Rooms have heaters that give more than enough heat, and curtains that block the sunshine. The rooms are clean and in good condition, there is aboslutely no noise from the outside. Beds are very comfortable, and pillows as well. Bathroom is nice, big and spacious as well, with hot water available. Breakfast is good quality, and is available throughout the morning.

I would have appreciated some more variety at breakfast, as the options were somewhat limited and mainly included bread, however this is far from a problem as the variey was good enough. The shower head was somewhat small and at some point it moved and its on due to pressure from the water coming out, but it was only on one occasion.

Checked in earlier than expected and still got my room early thanks to the help of the staff. Overall great experience there, less than 24h. It did the job very well for an interesting price. Recommended!

The breakfast was very poor to be honest. Not much choice, no scrambled eggs for instance, other than full eggs, nothing hot only cold meat. I didn't see yogurts or more dairy products other than milk and cereals. It could be a little better with more variety.

The hotel is close to the airport, literally within walking distance (a 15-20 minute walk, quiet pleasant), check in was quick and easy. The room was alright, a bed and bathroom, with a very large TV. It was clean, and everything worked well. The beds were comfortable and there was no noise, could hardly tell we were next to the airport. There are a couple of good restaurants close by, and the breakfast that the hotel serves is decent, not too many options but more than enough if staying for one or two days.

The furniture felt a bit cheap, I used the desk quiet a lot and the chair was somewhat uncomfortable, and the table wasn't the best either. All in all, I think it is not great, but good enough for ahort stays.

7€ for parking in front of hotel. the toilet / bath is kind of smelly. like it has not been use for long time not good ventilation.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the rate in Booking was 6.8 and we took the "risk" because everything else around the airport was already booked. However, the value for money, cleanliness, service and breakfast exceed my expectations. It's worth every penny we spent there. Of course it's not a 5 star hotel (keep that in mind) but for amount of stars they have it is more than pleasant, clean and convenient. Breakfast was superb! Everything was fresh, tasty with a large selection.

It was a bit dark outside the hotel entrance and our taxi driver couldn't figure out the entrance in the begining. Some light on the signboard would definitely help future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel.helpful and friendly staff in the reception.The room was beautiful and the location was just great.I walked to many things supermarket,Burger King and beautiful river side , but public transportation also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well. I would certainly stay there again next time I am in Hamburg.

Receptionist, place was clean even though not worthy the money I paid. The bed was good as well.

They didn't serve the breakfast before 7am, even when I told them I have to leave early morning for my flight. The location also was terrible to find. I didn't like the price, but I had no option because I was tired.
