I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport after a late flight and for a convenient getaway the following morning. I arrived after the check-in desk had closed and used the contactless check-in via my smart phone. I have to admit, I thought it wouldn't work but it was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and I slept well. The shower worked fine and the bathroom was clean and modern. Breakfast the next morning was the usual continental fayre and everything was fresh and tasty. I miss my German breakfasts and enjoyed this one immensely. All the staff I met were friendly and polite.

The cleaning staff entered my room and woke me up. I'd have liked more interesting products in the vending machine. I ended up going to bed hungry. A beer would have been good.

Extremely friendly and helpful girl at reception. Easy walking access to Hamburg Airport. Room perfect for a night before/after a flight. You check in at an adjacent building (not at the posh hotel you walk past first), this building is just a couple of yards from where you sleep.

Well as everyone says you are directly under the flight path for arriving aircraft but this is not the hotel's fault! With the windows closed the noise is minimal, and the airport closes at 23h00, but late running flights are usually allowed to land after this time.

Free parking on property, however not in secure garage. Clean and nice stay. Just needed a stay for the night before continuing our roadtrip - perfect for our purpose.

The girl in the reception withdrew money from my card without asking. Meaning she handed me a receipt without me scanning my bank card - she used the information I needed to enter to make the booking. This was not appreciated at all and she said they would keep my bank account info for 3 years locked in a room - I have never experienced this before and will need to order a new card now.

A 15 minute walk from the terminal or a 3 minute taxi. The check in was smooth, and whilst the hotel is basic, everything worked and was clean. Really impressed considering the price relative to more expensive and higher starred hotels next door.

Directly under the flight path pretty much at the end of the runway, I wanted convenience and a cheap night for a late arrival and early departure, so really can’t complain about hearing the planes…

We were allowed to check in earlier at around 11 am since the room was available then. The location was good too.

The room is soundproof, but not as soundproof as they claim. I could still here a bit of airplane noises but it was not that much. And the breakfast was good, though 10 euros is quite much for it. Otherwise good hotel, would definitely come again.

Check-in was announced to be more complicated as I arrived late. After one call with a worker there, check-in was the easiest experience ever. The rooms were clean and the location was only one bus stop away from the airport. It was a sincere and honest lodging experience.

It was a fully satisfactory experience and the closeness to the airport allowed for quick rest.

Conveniently located close to the airport, we were able to have a pleasant walk from it to the hotel (and back). It only takes about 10-15 minutes. We only spent one night with the purpose of getting a shuttle to a festival the next morning so it was fit for purpose. I’d recommend short stays there, especially if you need something close to the airport.

Remote check in was easily done, but I must say that ourselves and a French family were a bit lost with the 2 buildings/lack of signage to what’s what. Breakfast could have more food options.

It's a mere 15 min walk from/to the airport, with a proper sidewalk the entire way right up to the airport (to clarify, there were bus stops along the route going to the airport, but I prefer walking). The rooms are super quiet - My room was facing an extremely busy main road and when the window was open, I could hear the loud air traffic - none of this was noticeable at all with closed windows and I slept very well.

Room was ok for one night stay. Was clean. Love watching the incoming airplanes from the window, which are soundproof. Staff is friendly and I could charge my ev for free.

We had 2 single beds. Place is along very trafficked road. Seems there is a discotheques nearby as there were people talking and laughing outside until very late. Room size is of the smaller ones.

The rooms were quiet, clean, all the facilities one needs for that kind of stay. Staff more than helpful, even arriving late and needed to call. There was somewhere to put a suitcase, no noise from other rooms, and no airplane noise at all. Breakfast was far more than expected and very fairly priced. Absolutely perfect for our overnight needs.
