The lady at the reception. She was so kind and really helped us figure out how to travel fasted to the city and gave us some tips and tricks - really extremely kind

It’s far from the centre but you can walk next to the canal that’s near towards a more lively street and good public transport options

Our apartment was very spacious, light and bright. The complex is close to good bus/train services to central Hamburg and there is a supermarket close by. There is no need for a car in Hamburg as the public transport and bikeways are brilliant. The client laundry is also great with multiple washing machines and dryers available free.

This apartment was the most expensive we stayed in during our 11 week holiday, but it was also amongst the best.

Room were clean and spacious. It was close to the airport but the surrounding area, especially along the river was very nice. Better value for money than most places in Hamburg.

The room was a little lacking in character but that was expected. Journey into center took a little longer than expected and fairly expensive by taxi. Hamburg is expensive for accommodation overall but this place is better value for money than most.

Really nice clean, quite. Everything functional. Cared for functional room. Friendly staff. Overall pleasant stay and would come back again. They even cared for the Easter and found small goodies.

Would have been nice to have at least one or two pods of coffee at arrival for free. Arriving on a holiday or weekend and all the stores closed leaves you either without a coffee in the morning when the reception is closed or you have to buy the pods.

Clean and nice place. Welcoming receptionist. Closeness to the airport and convenient access to the city transport. In general, pleasant green area. Proximity to a supermarket "Lidl". 24/7 gym.

They do not do room service every day. It was announced to me at the reception, so no surprise, however when you have just a few days for rest, you want comfort and cosiness. Hand soup did not work in the bathroom. The breakfast is very minimalistic.

This was a roomy clean apartment. I only had one breakfast, which was good, otherwise I self-catered. Aircon was effective. The TV worked well and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful. The apartment is two minutes walk from a Lidl, which was very useful for self-catering. And similar to the nearest bus stop, which connects to the U-Bahn in on direction, or goes to the airport in the other. Just across the main road is the leafy district of Alsterdorf, which made for a couple of nice evening strolls. There are a couple of good eateries there - I would recommend Tsubaki for Asian fusion.

The Aircon, which I particularly needed in the early part of my stay, was quite noisy. It was a balance between having this on and being kept awake, or off and getting stuffy. One thing I didn't know before I booked was there were works on the nearest U-Bahn line, which meant I had to take a replacement bus to get into town. Not the fault of the apartment, but something travellers should be aware of in this part of Hamburg. I understand U-Bahn works continue until 14/9/2022.

A beautiful area, amazing park and bistro nearby, we went with two big dogs and had plenty of space to walk them. Exceptionally clean, great staff, wonderful breakfast. You need to pay extra for parking, dogs and breakfast but it is worth it.

The staff were really friendly and they made sure that our request was catered. It was such a big help for us. I like also that the rooms were clean and bus station is just a couple of minute walk.

It was quite a pleasure to be there. Personal was friendly, the room was clean and big enough for the family. The kitchen was equipped, beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the TV did not work in the main room, bit it certainly was not a problem.
