beds are very comfortable...no airplane noise from nearby airport...location so close to airport...staff very helpful and friendly.....10 minute walk to terminals 1 and 2 of Hamburg Airport.

no elevator even though hotel is multistory....no food service for breakfast though coffee is available in lobby...there are eating options within 500 meters of the hotel. Avoid eating at the nearby Ibis Hotel restaurant. Expensive and mediocre. Ask Leonardo Hotel staff for close by recommendations. In Terminals 1 and 2 at airport there's a huge McDonald's and other eating options.

Fantastic location for Hamburg airport, which is an easy 10-minute walk away. The room was large and had a sofa. They serve very tasty pizzas in the evening at a reasonable price which saved having to go out. The receptionist who checked me in and out was very friendly, chatty and helpful.

The duvets were quite thin and there were no extra blankets so I got quite cold in the night. Also the breakfast was just small croissants with jam or Nutella, but at 6 in the morning I wasn’t too bothered.

Cheap hotel within few hundred metres from the Hamburg airport - a convenient option for an early morning flight. There is a nice sidewalk all they way from the airport. It is best accessed via ramp from the departure level of the airport building (I mistakenly used much less convenient way from the arrivals level at first). Complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch.

Very helpful staff who spoke fluent English. They recommended a local restaurant for us as the hotel wasn't serving food in the evening.

We would have liked to have walked to the hotel but there didn't seem to be a safe route. It was only a couple of mins away by taxi though. Best to check in advance to find out if the hotel is serving evening meals if that matters to you.

Very lovely staff. They even made a bottle of milk for the baby when we arrived and found two pizzas in the evening for us when we were hungry. Very nice staff. Also good location walking distance to the airport.

Breakfast was very basic, for example a bit of cereal. Bed could have done with a thinner pillow.

The temperature regulation in the shower was terrible. It took several minutes for the water to get warm, and then when it did, the temperature never went down again, so it was scalding! Fix that!

The room was big and the beds were comfortable. The next morning we got a small breakfast for free, I didn't expect that, but thank you 😀

A little bit tricky to find the hotel from the Airport by foot.

Super close to the airport. Nice and helpful staff. Possibility of a shuttle service to the airport. Soaps and towels are provided. Free wifi which worked well.

Cannot really say that anything was amiss. With this first stay I was rather satisfied due to being there just for sleeping purposes.

The staff were serving us excellently especially Mr. Christian and lady ( worker ) I don’t remember her name.

The water stayed on the bathroom floor... it's annoying... and I think the sewers are not qualified to drain the water
