Great hotel if you are flying out of Hamburg as it is 5 min from the airport and they have a shuttle service every 30 min. You beside can leave your car in the hotel parking when away and at half the price of airport parking. The hotel is very nice with a roof top bar with a view to the airport runway and beside they have a nice restaurant with good food and fair prices.

distance from airport is walking, but from airport to reach hotel is tricky.

to reach hotel, you need to walk to the parking garage area (where cars are parked outside) and take a small stairs up on left and take a right turn in a tunnel to reach hotel.

Beyond Expectations – Stylish, Clean, and Great Value This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly good value for money – clean, fresh, and beautifully designed with stylish interiors. The room had large, lovely windows that let in plenty of natural light, making the space feel bright and inviting. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They patiently answered all our questions and made us feel very well cared for during our stay. Parking was conveniently available right outside the hotel, which was a big plus. A special highlight was the sky bar – the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing evening drink with a great view. Highly recommended – I would absolutely stay here again!

We were here before and will come again since the location is really good if you need to travel via HH airport. If you travel by car for just a couple of days, you can leave the car at their parkinglot and pay it for those days. Its not cheap but at least you know that the car is safe. The room is really good and modern, reception works 24/7.

The floor in the bathroom is super cold, like you really cannot walk barefoot at all. The room temperature is also a bit chilly and if you change it, it will not really make a difference. This was not a problem for us for one night but otherwise, i would be cold. They have a shuttle service from the hotel where you pay 10€ per person to the airport which was running a bit late since the other guests were not on time, but the taxi at the other hand, we payed for the back way 16€ one way for both of us. Maybe this was just a coincidence.

Rooms are a decent size , with space for setting up a laptop for any after hours work. There is a large modern TV in the room and is well placed for viewing. Air conditioning works well, a positive given the warm weather. Bathroom was spacious and of a good standard.

Whilst there's a big TV, the choice of english channels is pretty much limited to various news channels, a little more choice would be good or possibly have the facility to stream from our own devices.

Super nice hotel, great skybar with airport/runway view. Big room with comfy beds and great and spacious bathroom. Also very nice wellness facilities and good breakfast, certainly for german standards.

The large windows unfortunately also mean that you will have to close the darkout curtains if you want to be “less dressed” and you don’t want others to see that… 😂 Some light vitrage curtains would be good. The fact that they charge €18 for parking is rather expensive and out of order.

The room is nice and comfortable, I love the view on the tesa side of the building :) The breakfast is nice and abundant with a wide selection of all kinds of food,the staff is friendly and very helpful. The location for me is excellent between the airport and work.

I like this hotel very much, and haven't even tried the skybar and the sauna! There are only two things missing in the room: a light for my suitcase above the packing area and a socket for laptop chargers near the bed.

The hotel is much better of what it looks in the photos. Our room for 3 was really big and clean. It has a small kitchenette that is very useful when travelling with children. Parking space in front is very handy.

It is normal to have to airplane noise from 6am even if nobody mentions it. The hotel is just at the end of the landing strip. The breakfast was somehow dissapointing in the area of the sweets.

Very nice and modern room and bathroom. Great lighting and comfortable bed. The sauna and facilities are great. Would love to come back if in Hamburg again.

The airconditioner is making an annoying noise. It was a bit challenging to fall asleep due to the noise. The room was too stuffy when turning off the aircon. Otherwise it is a great accommodation.

Clean, spacious, having mini-kitchen, decoration, extremely comfortable. One of the best places to stay with kids.

Restaurant! Even though it has been nicely decorated, looks cosy i cannot say the same thing for the staff who served us and the same for the kitchen. The young waiter ( dark long haired ) almost had nothing to do with the serving! We have asked the soup of the day and he had no clue! We ordered tomato soup but had juicy tomato pure! The hotel is really nice and they should put some effort in to the restaurant as well! Also breakfast is at 7am for the weekends and i believe it should be 6am as there are also early flights at weekends as well.
