The hotel is brand new and had been open for only 4 days when we arrived Thursday before Easter. The hotel is stylish with a nordic design, and the location is great. The staff was super nice. Especially the man who greeted us at check-in and the two young guys in the bar. You made a superb mocktail for our 13-year-old son. If you read this, you know who you are 😊

Aircondition could not be set below 20 degrees, and we found the room too warm at night. We opened the window to get some air, but we were then disturbed by traffic. Because of this, we did not sleep very well, but I hope that this was just a temporary problem as the hotel is brand new and I know that everything was not working as expected.

The rooms are wide enough for two people It was clean

I checked out in the morning and for taking my luggages i came back. There was only one person in the reception who was handling the check-in, check-out, luggage drop, luggage delivery, answering questions, payments etc… i had to catch my flight and i had to wait on the line, no prioritization, i told him bc picking up the luggage would be 10 seconds but he said no. Super rude, super weird… In the rooms, no slippers, no cotton, no cream nothing…. I would rather stay in the city center not close to the main train station.

Location - close to everything you need and also quite good neighborhood even being close to the central station. Clean - room was perfectly clean. Room - cosy, modern, great bed. I recommend this place!

We arrived at 11 and asked in advance to check in earlier, but it was impossible since the official check in is at 15. I understand that that's the rule, but sometimes you may do something nice to your clients. We haven't had tooth cleaning stuff in the room and unfortunately it was impossible to call in to reception to ask for it. I think it would be great just have it in your room

We arrived in Hamburg at 2am due to Deutsche Bahn delays. I was traveling with my 82-year-old mom who had twisted her ankle, so finding a nearby hotel was a bit of an emergency, and this hotel is just 200m from the main station. At 2am the security guard doubled as the receptionist, and he was extremely helpful in allocating a room near an elevator. Given my last minute booking there was a bit of confusion, but everything got sorted out. I've stayed in some nasty, noisy budget hotels near the Hamburg station in the past, so this very peaceful, clean (albeit somewhat pricey) hotel made a pleasant change.

This hotel was pricier than I'd usually pick when not on business expenses, but worth the extra cost given the circumstances and my past experience with lower-cost hotels near the station.

Room is a bit cold at night.

The hotel was very conveniently located within close proximity of the city centre and local attractions but also was good for transport connections with the metro and train station being immediately available. The hotel was clean nicely kept and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Mario was great help upon checking in and upgrading me to room with a view was greatly appreciated.

The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was loose and didn’t stay in place so that wasn’t great. Needs tightening up a bit. As a caffeine free person I was hoping that the decaf coffee pods would be replenished the next day but unfortunately they weren’t.

I like the modern and contemporary design of the hotel, the facilities of the hotel is new ! And the locations of the hotel is great, most of the visiting spots are within walk-in distances!

One or two female front desk staffs were cold and seemed deliberately turning a blind eyes on customers. Compared to female staff, male staffs were much more friendly and welcoming!

Brand new located perfectly for public transport. We mostly walked as it was so central for all we wanted to do. Not sure if it was the hotel or booking.com that made the mistake. My booking was not on the hotel reservation system though prepayment and subsequent confirmation emails were sent to me. In the end the hotel honoured my booking and payment as I showed them the emails but it was an irritant to start the holiday on.

Its new and great location. Close to places where one could get breakfast but the buffet breakfast at €28 was good.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Had very nice Rituals toiletries and bath robes in the bathroom Staff were always helpful
