The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel has a nice calm atmosphere. The shower (rain shower head, as well as separate hose) had strong pressure. Breakfast was nice, and with plenty of choice. The coffee machine make a great latte. Excellent location. Only a few hundred metres from the picturesque/historical Speicherstadt, Meßberg underground station has entrances outside the hotel, so you can connect from the airport (via Ohlsdorf) right to the doorstep. I chose to walk to/from Central Station which is only 1000m/15 mins. Hamburg is a great city.

There is no shower cab and a fridge in the room why?🤔..today 23/7/2025 efter I checked out I left my luggage at the lobby then came back to take it there was a woman at the lobby(she is a receptionist)she didn’t look friendly at all (i mean she’s not friendly)she didn’t look at me and said hello when I was standing der just in front of her and she saw me she kept looking at her computer and looked unsatisfied I had not much time so I had to say to her hello I would like to get my luggage back then she replied me in a curt tone without smiling ‘just a moment ‘…if she was busy doing something she could tell me I had no problem if I had to wait a little bit

The hotel was even more centrally located than we expected — just a short walk from metro stations and other public transport options. Almost all major tourist attractions were within walking distance. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. We were two friends traveling together and had a lovely city view from our window. The room had everything we needed: extra pillows, a hairdryer, and enough towels. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly — special thanks to Mr. Taylan for his kind support. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hamburg.

There were no typical hotel items like cotton pads, slippers, or a minibar/fridge — but we were aware of this before arriving, so it wasn’t a problem. For room cleaning, you need to inform the reception by 1 PM on the same day — just something to keep in mind.

The hotel was in a very convenient location — within walking distance to both HafenCity and Rathausmarkt. The metro station right in front of the hotel made it easy to reach from the airport, and Hamburg Hauptbahnhof (central train station) was just a 10-minute walk away. This made day trips to cities like Bremen and Lübeck very convenient.

The room was a bit small for a family with two children, but it wasn’t a major issue. Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

It was right around from the u bahn and easy access from the airport. It is right in the center of the city offering easy access to walk to the port and boat tours, theelbphilarmonic, the factory storage units, and all the surrounding attractions. The rooms had very comfortable beds, large bathrooms and plenty of room to fully open 2 suitcases. It was also close to the train station for departures. It was a great hotel at an affordable price

the hotel has a small terrace on the opposite side of the entrance where you can smoke but when I asked about a smoking area, the guy at the reception did not indicate this to me. Fortunately I had seen this terrace and used it. However, while sitting on the terrace and smoking, I noticed that the guy at the reception accompanied a couple here. I did not ask him at that moment why this information was not provided to me but I still wondered if it was discrimination, bad-will, indifference?

Location was great - right beside a U-Bahn station for easy access to/from the airport. All major sights within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was great: the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a choice between soft and firmer pillows. The soundproofing is exceptional, we never heard any traffic or street noise. Also had a nice view of the Elbphilharmonie which was a bonus

More toiletries in the bathroom would be nice e.g. a shower cap. More choice of teas in the room would also be nice. These are very minor things and didn't spoil our stay in any way

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great. The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and spotless, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to rest well after busy days. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I truly enjoyed my stay and everything was wonderful! If I had to mention something small, it would be that the Wi-Fi connection could be a bit stronger in some areas of the hotel. However, this didn’t affect my overall experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was nice, room was quiet and clean. Walking distance from interesting places and metrostation close by. Good aircondition. Breakfast quite good.

We stayed three days and cleaning staff didn`t visit our room at all. We don´t need someone to make our bed or we dont´t need new towels every day, but we would have liked new clean drinking glasses and trash emptied. I even asked new glasses from cleaning staff, but we didn´t get those. And in the bathroom there were no glasses at all.

Excellent location as it was two stops on U1 to Messburg station, a ten minute walk up to the city centre with a vast array of shops and easy walking along to the harbour front. Unfortunately the station itself lacks a lift but seems to be having work done on it so this may be solved. Value was fine. Room comfortable. Good half or price drinks happy hour 5 to 7

Miscommunication about the cleaning of rooms policy so that we ended up with two days of towels and room rubbish. On our third day the staff arrived at about 3:30 pm to clean. On our first night there was only three people attending the desk and bar and it was busy. The girl in the bar was not trained for it and was clearly put in a difficult situation and just had to cope. Apparently the regular person was on holiday so the management just put on what they could. She did an admirable job despite knowing little about drinks preparation. Lack of staff an issue but they were all very pleasant and polite. Breakfast was excellent.
