Beautiful hotel. Great location.

There is very noisy construction going on at the hotel due to a fire in the first floor. The hotel did give us a complimentary breakfast and 10% off because of that, which we appreciated. . However if someone were arriving very tired and needing to sleep, it would be impossible. I think that the hotel should notify guests with future bookings about the disturbance, so that they can make an informed decision regarding cancellation or not.

We stayed at this hotel in June and had a great experience, just like during our previous stay around the Christmas market season. The location is excellent — many central attractions are within walking distance, and public transport options (metro and bus stops) are very close. There are plenty of affordable places to eat nearby, as well as supermarkets. The small kitchenette was very useful, especially for preparing quick meals for the kids.

One small downside is that the kitchen equipment (cutlery, plates, etc.) is provided exactly for three people, with no extras. Having a few spare utensils would make things easier and help avoid having to wash dishes after every single use.

The reception staff at Adina were kind. The cleaning people were also very efficient, ensuring patrons are satisfied - they ran a tight ship and quality controlled the happiness of guests. The room was good for a longer stay having a washing machine, ironing and cooking facilities. The beds were comfortable and the location to old town/Westfield shopping centre, tourist spots and restaurants was great. There is much within walking distance.

Not the fault of Adina but being in the city there are offices across from the apartments - full view in and out. During the day curtains need to be shut for privacy. Please offer firmer pillows as well as softer.

I had a great stay at the Adina Apartments Speicherstadt. My room was spacious and well appointed with a kitchenette and lounge, a very comfortable bed and a generous bathroom. I had a nice view from my window of the Speicherstadt buildings and the canal. The apartments are super well located for everything in central Hamburg: Speicherstadt (including Miniatur Wunderland), Hafen City, Elbphilharmonie, Jungfernstieg, Rathaus, Kunsthalle, Alster, etc. A bus stop just outside the hotel provided an easy connection to the Hauptbahnhof. Everything was easy about this property. I was travelling alone and felt safe in this hotel and the surrounding area. A great place to stay on any visit to Hamburg.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was much larger than it appeared in the photos and we enjoyed making using of the kitchenette area which was very well equipped. The bathroom has showergel and shampoo provided which was very useful. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, but we did use the hotel bar which was nice. The location is also very handy and only around 5 mins walk from the main railway station and walkable to majority of the key sights around Hamburg.

The staff don't clean your room unless you ask them to. Personally I would have preferred for my room to be automatically cleaned daily without me requesting it.

On receptions both gentlemen were helpful. Room was cozy and had everything in it what we needed. Very comfortable bed and all very clean.

I planned this trip ahead and was in contact with reception, explained the situation that I coming with my son 9 years with over night ICE if possible to get room for us to change etc. I was informed that it is possible for extra charge. So I canceled other hotels but upon our arrival both ladies were very cold and we could change only on toilettes. It felt terrible. It was my birthday, so yes, very sad about it as I hoped of some human effort and support.

The hotel is situated in a nice central area of Hamburg and has a modern, cozy atmosphere. There is a nice place, near the big glass window where you can sit and relax that our daughter highly appreciated. I really liked the flexibility of late check-out - up yo 17:00 for 15EUR/hour. Unfortunately not many accommodations offer this so, it is appreciated. Additionally, I liked that, in the reception lobby there was a corner where one could buy snacks during late hours, if desired.

The only think I did not like was the fact that the sliding bathroom door does not offer to much intimacy. And, as a suggestion, more information about the garage would be helpful - how to enter/exit, etc.

The apartment was spacious, modern and very well equipped. Kitchen included all the regular appliances plus the washer/dryer that we ended up using a lot as we were on a long trip. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom well thought out featuring walk in shower.

AC could be a bit quieter, but overall, not a big deal.

1) Location was good - in walking distance for major areas and close to bus stop and subway station; 2) The room was clean and spacious, kitchen looks brand new; 3) it would have been better if there were handling instructions for those kitchen equipment and washer/dryer; and 4) it would have been better if the room was equipped w an internal telephone so that we didn’t physically have to go down to the reception desk for small things.

Child friendly (spacious place to store your stroller, elevator, baby changing toilet on the ground floor), really well situated with close proximity to main shopping streets, they also have 24/7 reception which is helpful for late check-in or early check out.

Our room had a broken heater and phone line. On the heater situation, despite flagging this on our first day, we didn't get the issue resolved immediately and had to spend our first night with a cold air. Not a pleasant experience, we had to re-flag this again in the morning with a different reception person to get this addressed.
