It can be a little noisy due to the age of the building in combination with the airplanes flying over. Personally I can sleep anyway.

The room was large enough. The surroundings was very quiet for sleeping. There is warm water, a desk, coffee and tea, and water for guests.

The place is old so there was some mold between the tiles as expected from an old hotel. The lighting in the room is quite dark at night. The check-in machine did not function properly so you had to call the personnel. not a huge issue. it is far off and only reachable by bus if you are taking the public transport.

Nice localtion, quiet and in the middle of the green. But sometimes disturbs with starting airplanes. I come late to check in with reception. Than is fine that there is automat to can make checkin and get card from room. All signs in the hotel is wrote in german that is biggest mistake. Hard to checkin, hard to find what doors is to upstairs etc. In that case they are not ready for foreigns. But all of staff speaking english fluently. For me is that fine quiet hotel, to can rest after long day. Like to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hamburg (20 min from the center) in a beautiful countryside setting, with horse stables right next door. very quiet. free parking in front of the hotel. we arrived late in the evening, and checked in via a self checkin system which worked very well. the room was large. The breakfast was very nice. The manager informed us what to see in Hamburg, which was well-appreciated as it is a very interesting city to visit with lots to see. Highlight for us was the Elbphilharmonie building in the Streichenstadt district near the harbour.

This hotel and horse farm is located in Hamburg suburbs, 10 minutes drive from Hamburg airport. We spent here a night after a flight. I liked contactless check-in, clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, refrigerator with drinks in the lobby.

Very beautiful hotel. Perfect if you want to relax and if you have a car or bike. There is a bus station in front of the hotel, but Hamburg is a bit far away to reach by public transport.

- I personally found the airplane’s noise too distracting. - Flies, probably because of the horses nearby.

Great location just north of Hamburg both useful for traveling north to Denmark or for access to the airport.

Quite noisy from adjacent horse stables early in morning, especially in summer if windows open.

Very good hotel, little far from city center. But, sad to see the impact of covid in the hotel industry. There is no staff or restaurant anymore.
