The room was exceptional. Lovely, cosy bed, really big and bright bathroom and a direct exit to a bit of the front terrace. The hotel is not on the main road, so the night was very quiet and peaceful.

The way how the check in is sorted might be cheap for the hotel owner and if it works, probably great- but if it does not work it causes so much stress that I am still utterly unnerved and disappointed about not even one person being available at the premises when we arrived. I am happy that someone from the other guests helped me stay calm and tried to help but could not do anything either. And that a receptionist in another hotel (?!) helped me out with the key problem via telephone. No, this set up with just email and - in my case - a non functional and not self explaining "app" is not an ideal solution and definitely is not a visitor friendly one.

Its spacious, quiet and very comfortable stay. Check-in is done by you when its outside of work hours but everything is easy to do. Instructions on the PC terminal you use during entrance is easy to follow. Free parking for the car in front of the hotel too. The staff is also nice - which we interacted during checkout. Overall, if you are okay with its location. It’s a great catch.

Hotel looks a bit abandoned and scary in the dark as the lights on the corridors are manual (no movement sensors or anything).

Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff has left little boxes of dog food in dog bowls for our two dogs which was very sweet of them. Since the hotel doesn't is self-checkin after 2pm, it was really nice to be greeted with a big table and a fridge of "necessities" for purchase - things like milk, quick oats, snacks and drinks. The parking was just outside the hotel and well lit, so it felt safe. The hotel overlooks a horse stables so it was fun to watch the horses being cared for out the windows.

Really minor, but I found it confusing to know which box contained my key card when I used the self check in machine. There seemed to be multiple boxes labelled with a key symbol.

The location and the comfort in the room

the property does not feature air conditioning. Due to its proximity to the airport, occasional noise may be experienced.

It can be a little noisy due to the age of the building in combination with the airplanes flying over. Personally I can sleep anyway.

Room was very spacious and cozy. Very good restaurants nearby.

Almost inexistente internet connection. Regular browsing and streaming didn’t work.

Staff was very nice and friendly ☺️ breakfast was great with big selection. Our room and also public area was very clean.

Walls between rooms are very thin. We heard our next door neighbors to talk and snore

Sounds isolation was poor, we had a room on top of the restaurant (I think) and in the morning could hear chairs being moved

The room was large enough. The surroundings was very quiet for sleeping. There is warm water, a desk, coffee and tea, and water for guests.

The place is old so there was some mold between the tiles as expected from an old hotel. The lighting in the room is quite dark at night. The check-in machine did not function properly so you had to call the personnel. not a huge issue. it is far off and only reachable by bus if you are taking the public transport.

A nice continental breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Clean and spacious room. Thoughtful welcome pack for our little dog. Friendly staff.
