A lovely, clean and well-maintained place. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is very convenient for "road trip" kind of holidays as it has a Lidl nearby. The breakfast was good value for the money and it was free for our 10 year old which was nice. The restaurant food was fresh and tasty. Having free parking was also a plus so altogether a nice stay!

The hotel is right next to a main road, which can be noisy for some. With the windows closed, you could barely hear anything, but then again, we are not light sleepers. I would definitely go there again.

Everything we needed! Free parking, easy airport drive, immaculate, coffee machine in room (we left before breakfast), easy checkin and checkout, and very reasonably priced.

Doors to the building with the rooms were open, and since we didn't know about the neighborhood, that seemed less secure to me. it all was fine but locked doors would have been safer most likely.

Clean and tidy. Decent cosy hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet location. 5 mins walking distance to bus stop.

We’ve been arranged to stay at a room on 2/F with slanted ceiling. I have bumped my head into the slanted ceiling several times even I am not tall. One of the iron boards were not functional. Direct bus to Hamburg central station: takes about 45 mins. If transit via U-Bahn, it will be 10 mins faster.

For 80€ a night it's a really affordable price in Hamburg, I think normal price would be 104€, but I have a member discount from booking.com. The room is nice, simply clean, good for a short stay. They have also enough parking space. The location is easily reachable.

I think the separation of the room is a bit thin. My husband heard people talk from another room in the middle of the night.

The hotel was very clean, restaurant staff were exceptional, and although we found it quite expensive, it wasn't by Hamburg standards. It is a great location for the airport, and the autobahn is really close if you are driving, but it a good 50 min combined bus/metro at the moment (due to track works) to get into the centre of Hamburg (but we didn't mind :-)). There are a lot of facilities close-by and we would stay here again!

Location , perfect stop on our way to Sweden. Spacious room, coffee maker.Free bottle of water, safe and mini fridge. Parking. Close to a lot of nice restaurants and supermarket. Good value for money.

Not much, maybe the lack of airconditioning and elevator. Be careful leaving the parking lot, cars drive fast.

amenities were good especially the handsoap and.the body shampoo. coffee maker in the room eith coffee, every day free water. groceries store is close to the hotel.

the space for the storages was good but the sofas between the bed have some spots (a bit dirty) it would be great if they didn't have the dirty spots. the hotel is close to the bus station but train and subway stations are far off. also the hotel has no elevator

We got much more than we expected. The best hotel for the money on our Euro trip so far. Do take the breakfast option, because it is a jackpot. Everything tasted so good.

The thing that we didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel, it was the traffic. It took us almost 2h to get through the city and come to the hotel. Keep that in mind when traveling.

Location near the A7 highway in a quiet and nice suburb of Hamburg. Large rooms, nice and clean. Nice bathroom and good beds. Coffee maker in the room. Great bar and restaurant, which is also appreciated by the neighbors. Excellent and tady breakfast. Free parking. Recommended!

The staff were very helpful. The room was vey clean and the bathroom, though small, had everything necessary and great water pressure.

The coffee machine was great but I would have liked the opportunity to make a cup of tea in the room. Also the smells from the kitchen came up into my room.
