This property meet our needs perfectly. It is located outside of the city center. It is near the freeway and public transportation and easy to locate. Our room was big and very comfortable. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We slept well and enjoyed our breakfast at the hotel across the street. The mobile check in did not work for me but we walked across the street to the affiliated hotel and easily completed the check in process.

Newly renovated, very clean, with modern bathroom and comfortable bed. Checked in with a human being at sister property 150m down the road across the street. Parking was easy and adequate spaces. About a 15 min drive from airport during morning traffic.

Besides the sister hotels restaurant not much to offer within walking distance except for the Lidl across the street.

Location was excellent for the airport. It was a little daunting doing self check-in but needn’t have worried - everything was simple, well explained and easy. Rooms were finished to a high standard including Rituals toiletries. Extremely comfortable and plenty of free on site parking. Would definitely stay again

Room was outstanding! Great value! Free parking was a huge plus for us. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we're in Hamburg we'll be staying there.

Nice and clean. Close to the Arena where we went to a concert Easy check in at the reception. The reception was unattended but the check in was smooth, as was the checkout. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent. Complementary coffee in the room and a bottle of water. Comfortable beds. Easy and free parking close to entrance.

The room was spacios with a really nice interior. The bathroom was great. The bed is very comfortable. Additional advantages are fridge and a coffee machine with a range of different coffee to choose from.

Would be nice to have a teapot as well, but that's not a big deal..

The hotel is in a very good place, near the highway, but VERY silent. Therefore while it is very easy to reach any point in the city or other cities, you sleep excellent well. The free parking place is a real bonus in such a big city The room was very well equipped, including a coffee machine, capsules and a refrigerator. The room itself was big and comfortable, more than enough for two people with two suitcases and two backpacks. Everything was cleaned every day and all the amenities refilled All in all a very good value for the money

In most hotels in Germany we had a single bed with two mattresses. Here we had one mattress and even though it was of excellent quality, it would have been better having two separate ones. Otherwise, the hotel was exceptionally good

It was amazing place, and close to transportation. The cleaning team are active and always smiling. The room so comfortable and have nice view

I think they should care the outside garden more and the outside entrance

Very nice room, clean, organized, check-in was easy. There’s a bus stop and a supermarket right by the hotel.

No staff but you can message them or go to the neighboring hotel.

ONE WORKER CANNOT DO EVERYTHING! THERE IS NOT EVEN A SINGLE WORKER AT THE HOTEL. THESE EUROPEAN PEOPLE THINK THEY INVENTED BUSINESS. YOU HAVE TO GET AT LEAST A SMALL FISH TO CATCH A BIGGER FISH. At 7.00 AM. THERE IS NO HOT WATER IN ROOM 306.
