Super good service. Exec lounge nice and well assorted. Nice pool and sauna. Good 24hr service and clean. Breakfast: Good scrambled eggs and the selection of juices was good. Good coffee (machines) as well.

Charging stations in the basement are very, very poorly explained. Takes ages to set up an account (no data reception in level -2. Should be able to just use a credit card, swipe and charge. Really amazes me, that it was like the old DDR, trying to buy entrecotes. OK "standard breakfast" The selection was not huge. Might be missing a selection of hard cheeses and grilled vegetables e.g red & green peppers, onions etc. as well. But overall OK/good. Nothing "wrong"!

Breakfast was excellent, varied selection and good quality. Location was perfect, nice surroundings and easy access to the centre. Staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed using the pool and sauna.

Not being able to access the TV was a little disappointing. Christmas and Boxing day was when this was the most inconvenient as we were in the hotel for most of the day. It would have been nice to have been able to access movies as a family during these moments. The English channels were news channels and comedy weren't ideal. We couldn't even add English subtitles. This didn't spoil our stay and we would definitely return. However, I do feel having Netflix or access to movie channels would be useful for evening times and those times where families choose to relax before or after going out.

The front desk staff were nice and the rooms were spacious and clean.

The AC is not very good and in the first room I got before I asked to change, the AC did not work and the room was extremely hot. I called the “at your service” number and the lady who answered told me to open the window and they would send a fam because all rooms are the same. In the end I went to the lobby and they changed my room. In the new room the AC was not great but it was functional.

Breakfast was very good with great and attentive service! Room was fairly big and comfy beds. There was a public garage under the hotel, accessible via elevator from the lobby.

Felt like it's seen it's better days. Not at all run down, but just a bit "unpolished" here and there. No smart TV so that you could watch things like Netflix or cast your own device to the TV - maybe a small thing, but something you would expect in any hotel, especially this price range.

Large centrally located hotel, newly refurbished. Comfortable beds, very clean and a wonderful spa. Executive lounge area was impressive. Easy parking and within a short walking distance from most attractions.

Although the food at the breakfast was well made the breakfast area itself was too small and the options not varied considering the class of the hotel. The TV in the room was almost only in German with no streaming support, movies or non news English channels. Parking is expensive.

The service in this hotel from arrival to departure is exemplarly - The Room Service Menu and quality is excellent and would be at home in most five star restaurants. The delivery timescales from order to delivery were unbelievably short. Check-in and Check out were professional, efficient and prompt. The room was a good size for cost versus quality and the cleaning staff were quick, thorough and replaced any used towels or tea/coffee in good time. The rooms were always clean and tidy after housekeeping had done their work. Location is excellent. Bar and restaraunt were excellent and good size quality breakfast.

Like many great hotels in big German cities this hotel is not cheap - this is not due to the hotel itself but the rise of cost in living in many places. Parking is costly but secure - 35 Euros per day in my case and the cost of breakfast is over 30 euros but as I said be aware of this - the cost versus quality is still excellent. Its not the hotels problem but the general cost of living increase everywhere.

Great hotel.

Unfortunately, I discovered upon arrival that the hotel pool was out of service due to construction that week. I was disappointed not to have been informed of this beforehand or at check-in. Had I known, I would have requested to cancel my stay and return at another time. Instead, I found a sign directing me to use another hotel's pool, which was unappealing and couldn't compare, along with the receptionist's comment to take my robe with me (this must have been a joke 😂). No thoughtful gestures were offered, such as a complimentary breakfast or a drink at the bar. Despite this, I've had many good experiences here before.

The staff were friendly ,welcoming and helpful. The set lunch in the piano bar was delicious and good value for money.

The tea and coffee making facilities in the room was not well stocked and there were no tea spoons to stir your coffee or tea which as the milk was powdered made it difficult to make a brew. It would have been good to have a copy of the menus in the room and some imformation about the city instead of having to scan for information with a QR Code. A TV Channel in English would have also been good.

I didn't expect when you book your stay for 4 people and they gave us 2 x 140 cm wide beds. That's really not sufficient and that's definately something you don't expect in a hotel of this category. Front desk staff could be more helpful. Again, in this kind of hotel when you ask for directions you expect exhaustive explanation and not just an answer,,take a taxi". There was no staff around the pool and sauna in the evening.

Everything was superb. Great experience. Good location, just in the center of Hamburg and everything from there was walking distance. Staf was very kind. Breakfast very good. Room big enough and bed very comfort

Just more as an advise and it is nothing wrong. A lot of queue for breakfast. I think asking so much and signing papers even when you have paid for breakfast it is a little bit to much for such hotel with such standards.
