It was great having an apartment in a hotel, so you getting best of both worlds. We spent our birthdays in Hamburg which fell over our stay in this hotel and the staff noticed it on booking form and gave us a wonderful surprise of a birthday card and 2 small bottles of processo, so kind :-) thanks

Pity the pool was closed for maintenance over our stay but has to be done so unavoidable. Maybe also good to tell customers that cleaning only done every 3 days when checking in but you can ask for extra cleaning in days inbetween. We only realised in the middle of stay from literature in the room

• Cleaning only every three days – we would have liked daily trash removal • The duvet was a bit worn • The sofa cushion was uneven and made it hard to sit comfortably • Only one dishwasher tab and one laundry pod provided – maybe include one per day?

It has everything one needs, even a washing machine and a dryer, the room is really big and nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the location is fantastic, in less than 15 minutes you're at the harbor after a nice stroll through a small but nice park and to reach the hotel from the central train station it's enough to take a bus (lines 16 or 17) for a couple of stops and in 10 minutes you're literally a couple of minutes at walking distance from the hotel. Also a U-Bahn stop is around 5 minutes walking distance away if needed. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely come back next time we're in Hamburg!

We had really pleasant stay. Our apartment was more that we expected. Very clean, super comfy beds, amazing shower. Kitchen very well equipped if you like to cook like us. From the first moment of check-in staff was amazing and helpful. Sabrina helped us to order pizza and made us feel welcomed at every step. Pool was unfortunately closed(which we knew before booking anyway) but sauna and small gym was open, super clean and fun....Overall we will be back for sure

Only one thing maybe....TV set needs updating to smart tv : ) We tried to watch movie but all movies are dubbed in German. Anyway no big deal.

I asked for a quiet room and it was indeed very quiet, which I greatly appreciated. I never heard a single door slam or even any sounds from other guests. The bed was very comfy, the kitchen well-stocked and the bathroom clean and bright with great water pressure.

I was somewhat disappointed that the TV offered only German channels with no subtitles whatsoever. I thought this rather surprising for a hotel with international allure. Also, most of the radio stations did not work so there was very little choice. The kitchen was well-equipped but was missing a dishcloth, so I resorted to using the face cloths from the bathroom instead. Although I opted for no room cleaning during my three-night stay, I would have liked to have the coffee pods and little milk cups refreshed daily. As a minor point I would say that the carpet and curtains could definitely do with replacement in nicer colours (blue and white for example) as they looked a bit old and grubby.

Large suite - two bedrooms (I only used one obviously). Very nice bathroom but the lighting at the washbasin was strange and not ideal for shaving etc (light from just one side). Well equipped kitchennette. Nice underground parking garage nearby with direct access to the hotel. Good breakfast facility and there many restaurants and food shops a short walk from the hotel.

I got stuck in the lift on the last day, sat there for 30 mins until they sorted out the problem. Was told it was a power issue that had affected the whole neighbourhood. Fair enough and I didn't suffer, just annoying. The hotel staff was very apologetic about it.

One shower stall (on the right) in the swimming pool area needs instruction on how to turn off the shower as I noticed someone had used it and didn't turn off the shower after, and the water just kept flowing for over 10 minutes and wasted. I pushed the knob to stop the shower. Some people might think that it'll be automatically turned off because it's a pushed in knob style, but either the knob is malfunctioned or it has to be pressed in again to turn off. It'll be good to fix it or put the instruction in that shower. Thanks.

The staff are so helpful and attentive in the hotel and all work tirelessly to accommodate any request. We were traveling as a family of 4 with 2 kids and our balcony door wouldn't close. The team upgraded us from a one bedroom to a two bedroom suite without an issue and were so helpful with moving us. The pool and gym are great - I'm a runner and the treadmill was exactly what I needed. The kids loved the pool (slightly cold but still swimmable). The kitchenette is fully equipped and there is a mini supermarket a block away where you can buy all basics. And a bottle of Chardonnay is €3! Bargain!

I can't really complain about anything, the hotel was great for what we needed it for.

Close to the main points of interest for us , clean well appointed room, great staff , Sabrina was exceptional last helpful and happy to advise.

The bar was closed , I couldn’t understand why there wasn’t back up bar staff when the barman was ill

I was greeted by Sabrina, the Manager, the best hotel manager I met in my life. She was very helpful with all questions answered about dinning, shopping, transportation and etc. She has this charisma you want to talk to her more them here time allowed.
