We stayed in a comfort apartment - 1 adults and one child (1,5 yr). This was perfect for our needs and Clipper provided us with a high chair too. The facilities are new and worked perfectly. Perfect location too!

The trash system wasn't suffecient enough for us. The bins were too small compared to housekeeping every 3 days. But reception were kind to help. Also it would be nice with more than one dishwashing tab. The main entrance door didn't work outside working hours, which made it inconvenient to get in.

Nice layout, comfortable. My unit had a balcony. Good location close to convenience store and may restaurants. Clean and cleaners came aver few days. Also, very quiet. Hot water came quickly to shower.

I din't really like the fact that there were never any staff on the front desk: the first place that I have ever stayed in in over 50 countries that felt sooo impersonal!! No human touch. The two pods of coffee were thoughtful but a few T-bags and sugar and a small carton of mile would have been appreciated. Compared to staying in an AirBnB it was very sterile and unwelcoming.

We had a very nicely equipped duplex apartment that had a lovely terrace on which we had coffee in the morning. Clipper is in very lively and pleasant Portugiesenviertel, which boasts of cafes, bars and restaurants, and yet it was quiet enough to leave the window open at night. The rooms have just been renovated and are in great shape. There is a supermarket right next door and thank to its location you can walk to many sights such as the Elbphilharmonie, Speicherstadt or St Pauli. We will be back.

Nothing. We were worried about checking in, since we arrived at midnight, but it was not a problem at all.

SUCH a beautiful and detailed place! Every single item they have, from bed sheets to cutlery and hangers, is well thought out and such quality. The location is even better than I'd hoped because we were visiting during the Europe Cup games, and it turned out to be full of Portugal fans since it is in the Portuguese quarter, after all... it is also within walking distance to the harber, and not far from the old city. It is quiet enough, though. One more could thing is the Nordic churches across the street, which people can visit, and they have a café and a sauna🙃 costs like 15€ per use, and make sure to check the opening hours.

Honestly, it was such a great stay that I felt bad mentioning it, but we had an issue with our baby's cot when one of the bars was broken and fell into the bed. It could have been really dangerous, but we caught it on time and the staff was so nice and apologetic about it.

A great location in a quiet neighbourhood but with easy access to everything, from the harbour to the city center to the airport. A nicely appointed, good-size room, with cleaning on a third day. A comfortable bed. The reception was helpful.

The kitchen was well furnished (although the tea cups were tiny), but has no tea or even salt, which shouldn't be difficult to provide and would have made the stay more comfortable.

The location and neighbourhood is perfect. Portuguese quarter never sleeps even though the rest of the city shuts down around 7-8 pm. Landungsbrücken station is so close, so you can use S1 and U3 lines and reach most of the attractions at once. S1 line also has direct connection to the airport. We had no problem in check in/out processes, it was super easy. Once we got into the room, it was well designed, modern and well equiped. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenware was beyond enough. The room even had a small balcony/garden access. Wifi and AC works well. We had minimum need for the staff but when we needed they were helpful. When we checked out, they kept our luggages for a couple of hours.

The pillows are too soft, maybe a little bit harder pillows can be used. Also in the room we stayed (studio apartment), the shower door leaks some water. It can be checked and fixed. In the mornings, restaurant or garbage trucks make some noise but this has nothing to do with the hotel.

We booked this hotel very last minute and we were so happy with our decision. They immediately set up the room with two baby cots and the automatic check-in was incredibly simple. The room was very clean and the small kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare simple meals (i.e. ,stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, can opener, etc.) The bed was very comfortable and the shower was especially nice. The automatic check-in and check-out meant we didn't see many staff members but they were very friendly and helpful when we needed to store our luggage.

We were there on a particularly hot day at the end of June (+30) so for us, the air conditioning could have been better but for most people, this won't be an issue.

Great location for everything we needed. We were there for Ironman Hamburg and the facilties were exactly what we needed. Staff were really friendly too and they even left a special birthday treat which was very appreciated alongside a slightly later checkout due to a cancelled flight.

Personally pillows and bedding weren't that comfortable but I can hardly complain as it's personal preference. We did have an issue one night with aircon leaking but they are already fixing the issue I believe. The flat was quite warm during our stay.

The rooms were neat and clean. Amazing bathroom and outdoors space. It had a small kitchen which would be amazing for a longer stay. Comfy beds, great amenities and even an outdoors space. The area was awesome, there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, a short walk from all the tourist attractions. Close to the water area and a park close by if you want to walk your dog.

The self check in didn't work due to some technical issues. We also forgot our phone in the room after checkout and the worker was quite rude when I came back to pick it up.

The apartment size, facilities provided, location of the apartment, underground car parking, security, self check-in & checkout. The staff were friendly, when we asked for help during the late check-in & they kept a bottle of champagne in the fridge on New Year's Eve, which was a nice gesture from them.

Since the apartments are black colored, the dust particles were more evident & kept appearing from everywhere. Rooms could be cleaned often to avoid this, maybe. The kitchen has all the necessities except for Cutlery (Spoon, Fork, Knife etc.) One needs to have at least serving ladle, spoons to cook & eat the food prepared in the kitchen. Since the apartments are located in a busy area, it was a bit noisy in the night, especially on the new year's Eve.
