Clean. Quiet. Modern. Comfortable beds though the pillows could be replaced. Pleasant helpful staff. Across the road from the St Michaelis Church and a straight 15 min walk down to the harbour and from there to Hafen City. Lots of nice restaurants nearby.

A fairly large breakfast yet somehow lacking. Freshly fried eggs were available on request but the griddle was being used to fry bacon as well. As a vegetarian they were not able to accommodate my special request for a separate pan due to the higher volume of guests though the following day we were approached and offered the meal as the restaurant was much quieter which was very much appreciated. The bathroom is very open-plan. Not quite integrated into the bedroom but enough so that privacy -if that’s important to you- will be compromised. Personally, I don’t think this layout added any benefit to the room.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel is also near Netto grocery so we could get some snacks and drinks from there. The room and beddings and towels and robes were very clean, the liquid soap for both the body wash and hadwash smells really nice.it was also great that we could leave the luggage before we were able to check in as well as after we checked out while waiting for our train. It allowed us to go to places without worrying about the luggage. It's also near the bus stop that goes to the central station, so it is accessible. The breakfast is also good.

We had the twin room. I was travelling with my siblings. But we all didnt like the fact that your travelling companions can see you in the shower from the bed. The shower divider was clear glass not even the matted type. Additionally, when you open the door to my room you could see a part of the shower already. Basically it was not private enough, especially if your not travelling with family.

Used this hotel many times because of its size and location, it's close enough to the city centre without being in the middle of all the commotion, its in a very quiet area with a supermarket opposite for any essentials. The hotel is of a good size not too big where you feel lost with no atmosphere, but of good size with spacious eating areas and bar, a hotel you feel welcome. Rooms are of a good size with carpet, I personally don't like the modern style hotel rooms where there is laminate flooring everywhere it just feels cold and not cosy, there's an open style bathroom with a good shower and complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The vending machine didn't take card payments.

Breakfast was very good and the breakfast room was large. The jolly man at the front desk who very patiently provided me with directions to every sight we needed to see on our 2 night stay. King size bed was comfortable. Kettle in the room (badly in need of descaling though). We were able to get to the hotel easily from the train station by #17 bus. Cookies at the front desk.

The shower was open on 2 sides, one of which faced the door to the hall and there were no doors on the bathroom except for the toilet room. Towels were very thin and bath robe was not in good condition (not sure whether it had been washed recently).

Very comfortable, clean rooms that were of good size. The bathtub was a big plus. We did not experience any noise from other rooms or the corridor. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back when we visit Hamburg again!

The location is a bit further away from the downtown (the main railway station), but that wasn't really an issue for us.

Location is great, in walking distance to all sights and major touristic objectives and shopping galleries, so transport card is useless. Breakfast is amazing, with pancakes & omlettes at your choice. Facilities are also excellent. From the airport S1 takes you to Stadhausbrücke, which is 6 min.from the hotel, so, everything fits perfect !

Excellent breakfast buffet. Quiet location in a nice neighborhood. Close to all relevant sights to see. Very kindly and helpful staff. Very clean. Nice bar for the evening.

While the toilet was seperated by a door from the room the bath wasn't. Not a big problem, but I'd rather prefer a bathroom seperated by a doort.

We loved the warmth and assistance from reception staff, the bed was very comfortable and facilities suited our needs. There were a wide range of breakfast choices. The location was perfectly situated for exploring on foot.

We liked almost everything- except that the coffee machines don't use fresh milk:(

This is my go to hotel, love the location and the size of the hotel, it feels more personal and welcoming, I like the location as it is only a 10min walk to the centre and yet it feels you are in the suburbs which feels more local.

The size of the rooms and the locality of the hotel

Very good location, 5min. till Reepenbahn, 15-20min till Townhall and other places by foot. Very comfortable bed. You can use umbrellas for free. The breakfast wasnt something special, but was good. The parking is in the underground. 30Eur/24h. Safe and calm place.

The breakfast wasn't bad, but boring.
