Location great with lots of restaurants and sights close by Breakfast had lots of choice and was more than expected They'll hold your luggage if you arrive early

Basic facilities no tea or coffee making facilities in room No AC and we had the window open in April so not sure how it would be in height of summer, stifling I expect. Pillows were so flat! If we had been staying more than one night we would have gone to reception but as only 1 night by time we realised it was too late to do anything! Tried to see if rooms were ready 45 mins before check-in and told no... Come back 3pm..... Never had that before!

We loved the location close to the harbour and the Elbphilharmony. The Portuguese Restaurants in walking distance from the hotel were excellent.

Give your guests the option of just a small breakfast. I just would have needed fruit and yoghurt. The buffet was excellent. My husband liked it, but I am not a big eater in the morning.

The hotel is very nice, well decorated in a marine style, cozy. Excellent location in a picturesque area, close to the harbor and the embankment. Nearby is a metro station, easy to get to the city center and the train station. The breakfast is excellent. Large selection of hot and cold dishes and snacks, fresh products, high quality. This breakfast is worth the money!

It's a great location directly in the Portuguese quarter. Also the vicinity of the ringline U3 and the metro make navigating the city easy! Also quite room towards the back! They also provided a little iron when I needed them

Staff was very friendly and helpful! After check-out we need a quite place to finish a meeting and they helped us arrange without any issues. Thank you so much!

The room was a bit older that other hotels. Looks like it can use a little update/renovating. But at least the bathrooms seemed newly renovated - very clear and spacious.

location excellent close to attractions and transport, breakfast well worth it

the few steps near the entrance, which made carrying bags up to reception a little nuisance

Reception staff excellent-very helpful and friendly Charming lounge for relaxing and reading

House keeping / room attendant was not friendly and was a little curt.

It is very cutely decorated. I Had to check out early and the staff prepared super abundant lunch packet.

The walls are thin, I could hear the guy in the next room snoring.

The amazing attention to detail - lots of qwerky features. A good selection at breakfast to suit vegan & vegetarians. Well located

Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The location was great, with a direct train link to the airport from the nearby Landungsbrucken S station.

My room was very small and it could have done with an extra light.
