The room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was very good and convenient. The desk staff were excellent and very helpful. Convenient for Hamburg airport.

Not great for public transport but that was not the reason we chose this hotel. A ten minute walk does get you to a mainline station which is convenient for getting into the city centre. Some food had run out with 20 minutes left before breakfast finished. Very few nearby restaurants.

Very nice hotel with very available staff. Our room was facing the internal garden, so it was very quiet. There was no kettle in the room but we could get one with a 20 euro deposit, so we could avoid spending a lot of money for the breakfast and have a small one on our own in the room. Clean room and good bed and fantastic pillows!

It is located in a busy street and not very central, but there is the bus 4 taking you to the centre and underground is 15 minutes walking

Everything was ok - from the wonderful staff to the room, and confort and cleaningness. One thing that was a little bad for my own taste was that it got quite cold in the evenings and night, and so I had to double-up on the blankets.

Long walk to rooms. Could allocate free parking. Could improve cleaning. There were spiders in the bathroom.

The room was great and everything was good. The only thing is that the hotel is not very central. However it is good reachable with subway and bus from main train station.

A 2nd pair of towels had been great.

Very good breakfast, and good beds. Close to the arena. Lot of places to eat in the direct area.

Rooms are a bit outdated, and not soundproof isolated. No airco.

Exceptional staff, incredibly kind and competent. Very approachable. They've gone great lengths to solve all of my problems or answer any of my questions. Their job is so stressful, but they do their job with vigour and kind-heartedness.

Walking distance from Barclaycard Arena (30 mins), quiet location, nice beds and clean room. Late check-out time and easy parking.

Problems with the keycard to access the room delayed us when we wanted to get in and pack for leaving. But the staff at reception was helpful.

The location is great. 20 min walk to train Station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Size of room perfect for two.
