The staff was nice and the place was situated right. The place was really pricy compared to quality. The room was a bit stuffy, but once the curtains were away from the window the window could open!

There was totally quiet at 10 pm. We were high off a good concert and could barely listen to music in the common room without disturbing. The dryer in the toilets were noisy.... Because it was too quiet.

The overall appearance of the hostel was very clean, including the room and bathrooms. The kitchen and common area were spacious and comfortable, the hostel staff friendly and professional. Good connections to the city center with trams going often.

The room got really warm during the night because of hot weather, but cooled down after ventilating in the morning.

cleanliness, good Wi-Fi available in the rooms, clean bathrooms and toilets, clean kitchen on each floor, the kitchen has everything you need, there is a refrigerator in the room, a quiet place, close to the metro-station (2 minutes), convenient to get to the city center by metro.

The fridge was a little noisy at night but it wasn't a big problem.

Essential hostel very close to the Arena center and metro station, located in a very quiet area. Large parking area available. Large austere rooms with bathroom and a big fridge. Kind staff very organized although reception is not open all day, but always willing to help you. Kitchen and coffee room available for common use.

Air conditioning seems to be not available, but I did'nt need to use it.

Perfect location if you're in Hamburg for a concert. Well-connected. The receptionist was super kind, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness levels were great. The room was spacious, even had a fridge and a TV.

If you look to socialize, this is not your place. It is a hostal for relaxing, remote working, and sleeping.
